No housekeeping services during the entire stay. Miss the restaurant choices. Toilet had issues but was resolved quickly by maintenance staff.

Hotel guest services in middle of casino, you have to endure a lot of second hand smoke with your kids to check into room. Elevators are very crowded. Don’t plan on using the parking garage if you have anything bigger than a small sedan. We had to park across the street and j walk to get back

The pool is not connected to the hotel. Kinda weird to cross parking lot and street.

The renovated rooms were excellent and exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed the free parking and location. It was awesome to be in a lovely room with kitchenette and explore Reno. Thank you.

When I arrived, I paid full for the accommodations from debit card, but they still held on to my CC. They said it will be released once I check out... "AFTER FEW DAYS"...

Location of the hotel was convenient. It's close to and from freeway, airport.

Parking wasn't clear, and seemed to lack a dedicated structure. Maybe we missed it .. it was late, so maybe we missed it, but the sole lot we parked in didn't instill confidence in terms of safety. But, all turned out okay.

Upon entry, we were pleasantly greeted by an attractive and nice woman at the front desk. We arrived late, but she was great. Our room was both clean and organized well. When my son likes the room, we know it's good. :)

I dont like how every time I get a "deal" using Booking.com, I get stuck in some nook or cranny in the crappy tower, that isn't what's expected when you rent a " Premium" room. Honestly, if this is the view you get with a "Premium" room, then we should probably redefine what the word "Premium" means. Given this, is it really a "deal"?

The resort has been completely remade, so it's new. It smells new (for the most part), while it remains a work in progress, I was satisfied with the room itself. But, there is a serious dearth of activity. Right now, there are no shows or entertainment. Even if they had a live band playing in the casino, it would be better. Right now, the casino is lightly attended, and all the games are new electronic. This is where I feel they are missing the boat a bit. People like the older slots and the interaction they have. The all electronic machines give it a very sterile feel. In other words, the hotel has no soul yet. It feels a bit like a nice hotel that is nowhere near the action. Some may like that, but it's not why most come to the casinos. It is the action, the hubbub, the happenings... right now, it's really missing. There's no there, there.

New hotel still building, landscaping incomplete. No pool, minimal games, and very much potential. Nice sized refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, very updated restroom. Modern room.

Only two towels. Had to call front desk and request No information in room about the facilities, restaurant, etc No clock anywhere. Pull out couch did not have pillows or blanket.

The required $20 resort fee should be included in the price because it is not a choice, just a way to make the price appear cheaper if you don’t read the small print. Very high also for a very small pool.

Under Renovations, had to walk through construction area. No Bell person and no luggage carts to take luggage to the room, was a very long walk with a sore, swollen foot
