Even though we had blinds, morning sunlight coming into the room waking us all up on and off since around 6am-8am made us all really tired.

It had everything we needed for a long trip.

This is our third visit to Judith Ann. No bathrobes this trip, was a nice touch previous visits. Minor maintenance things, I.e., no micro lites, we replaced one. Happy to do so, like it as a nite light.

the pullout couch/bed needs to be replaced. Very uncomfortable and for a third party having to use this bed did not meet our standards. This piece of furniture has definitely seen its days and needs to be replaced ASAP. There was not enough condiments for the coffee-no powdered cream, barely any sugar. The lock for the front door needs to be replaced. No instructions on how to use the key code when leaving the unit. Time to enter the unit and leave the unit took up to 5-10 minutes because we could not get the door to lock.

A couple of things could be improved to make this an even better experience. First, there was no extra roll of toilet paper. Second, it would have been a nice gesture to have coffee making supplies to go along with the coffee machine.

Fantastic place to stay. Had an amazing time, enjoying the property. Vey quiet, and clean.

The heater in room didn't work, the back door didn't lock, the hair dryer didn't work, we had 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 paper towel roll, and only the trash bag in the trash. So we kept reusing it.

The kitchen and the tub were awesome.

10am check out is WAY too early. Especially when they want you to start the sheets and dishes by check out. As much as I liked mostly everything, there were a few small things that needed attention. The balcony lawn chairs were broken, and according to the notebook, they have been broken for months. The cooking pans were unusable. They were all scratched up. We had to buy a new one at the local IGA, for about $11. No big deal. There were a couple of drinking glasses that were cracked. Use caution. I'm not a fan of the $98 cleaning fee, especially when I cleaned the towels, sheets, and dishes and took out the trash. The hot tub was hit and miss to working.

The location was fabulous, we loved the beach view. The full kitchen was an amazing feature. Having the dishwasher, washer and dryer were so helpful. Nice shower head. The hot tub was a nice feature. There's a cute journal book, that has little notes from other folks that have used the room.

The couch was supposed to pull out to a bed?? No bed!! My daughter who is not a child had to sleep on the couch! We would not have ever booked this room if we knew that! It said sleeps 4?? Where would the 4th person sleeped?

The veiw was beautiful! The jetted tub was nice🙂

The walls were paper thin, we were up all night could hear the downstairs neighbors going at it for hours. even over the TV. Door to the patio creaked and was hard to shut. windows are steamed up inside the double pane so couldn't see out to the ocean through the tub window even when wasn't using the tub. Otherwise all was great.

It was a great place, and made for a great retreat. Relaxing and had everything we needed. Great vie on the upper floors. Jetted tub was nice! Fully stocked kitchenware was nice to have on hand.

The sofa bed was missing a bed so we made my son a bed on the floor using the couch cushions and the comforter from our bed. Had we not brought along his blanket and pillow he would not have had a blanket/pillow either (there was a flat pillow in the couch, probably to give some cushion to the couch…sloped to the back since the bed was missing…not too comfortable to sit in for a long time). Was still quite uncomfortable for him and he did not sleep well (woke me twice in the middle of the night because he was uncomfortable). The king bed is quite hard, so we would not stay there again. We were both quite sore after waking.

This facility was clearly extremely nice when it was built but is now an aging property and has seen it's share of wear, even for being located near the ocean which wears faster. A few upgrades would bring this property closer to it's former glory. It did appear they remodeled the kitchens and added beautiful new cabinets, yet there are power outlets throughout that do not work or are so loose they could be hazardous. The recliner had a power cord which had been cut and then taped back together which is a safety hazard. I always look at bathrooms in rentals and notice that water damage occurs to floors, walls and baseboards especially near the shower/tub and this unit is no different. Commercial settings should use impervious surfaces near water sources such as tile on walls and floors.

The unit was like a complete apartment. Shotgun style with a foyer and desk near the entrance, separate bedroom, then a full kitchen complete with dining table, and cookware/tableware, then the living room which included a reclining massage chair and a comfortable couch. The living room has a large flat panel with TV service and a gas fireplace. Finally you get to the back door which has a balcony but not before you reach the heart shaped jetted tub which was perfect for my wife and I to relax in it together.

Maybe better/thicker blankets? I felt we had to keep the heat on fairly high to keep warm at night.

Loved the homeliness, I felt like I could stay there for a week+ and be comfortable.

The jacuzzi tub was cold and the water level was barely above the jets. Also, there was construction going on in the room above us and we were on our honeymoon so it was kind of a bummer.

Missing robes for the hot tub. 😞 the back door did not lock on the first two nights. The fire place did not work on the third night.

It was clean and quiet. It was relaxing. First two night we had no robes. The third night we got robes but less kitchen equipment. All in all we enjoyed the stay.

Did see someone on the balcony, outside smoking. Probably allowed but some of the smoke came into our room. Long ramp to get to the first floor and only steps to get to the 2nd.
