It was very loud all through the night with people slamming doors and running in the hallway. The hot tub was luke warm and people were drinking in it. We stay here all the time this time wasn't pleasant and didn't seem they cared.

    Very nice updates

Room was clean and spacey, staff was kind and my children loved the pool. Breakfast ws great, eggs, waffles, toasts, bagels, jam, cream cheese, even pop tarts and some mufins.... We liked our stay a lot. The only thing I don't like and most of the hotels do is that you cannot open the window and with the summer coming rooms tend to get so stuffy. But everything else was great!

The Chateau is an older hotel and needs renovation. The back elevator and several of the vending machines were out of service. The outside doors were not locked or not accessible from the outside

The room was nice; the breakfast was good and the reservation was good

    A. Many facility need upkeep - gym bicycle malfunction. B. Breakfast menu and taste still has a lot of room to improve C. Lift malfunction D. Washing and drying machines only accept quarter - not flex and difficult to get quarters

Appreciate that the “Waffle” station for breakfast is located away from the main breakfast path, since making waffles is a time investment…but wish there had been plates available there as well…and a little counter/table space for people to balance their other breakfast choices while awaiting the “done” beeps (-;..could see that presented a consistent challenge in that location

It was an excellent location for my needs. I enjoyed the array of hot breakfast options. I particularly liked the individual character of the facility and the unique, inviting, elegant, decidedly non-generic decor in public spaces. My bed had four pillows…different firmness/filling options. Staff was friendly, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Got a kick out of the good-natured snack “bribe” option for writing a review. I wasn’t traveling with children but it definitely appeared to be both per and child-friendly.

One of my fraternity brothers has to use a walker to get around, due to a car accident a year ago. I saw signs by the lobby which indicated that there are a couple of areas where renovations are being made. I hope one of the changes will be to make the breakfast area ADA-compliant, as it was a struggle for my fraternity brother (as well as other guests w/walkers) to get to/from the breakfast room.

The bed: Not too hard, & no evidence of the small crawly creatures that seem to be in reviews for every hotel within shouting distance of the ISU campus.

Reception Staff need to be trained as hospitality industry sparks with a smile and warm welcome, like how are you? how was your journey. not rather what is your surname? It got bit noisy when people passed through the corridor, needs better sounds proofing in rooms.

The lobby looked little antiquated possibly as a theme but even the rooms were old fashioned. The room I was had a very old fashioned microwave that I needed.

I was assigned a room that had no refrigerator or microwave that I needed. I requested the front desk and she was quick to change my room.
