Has gotten way overpriced. Pina coladas with a floater cost $30. Valet is $55. The food was just average and expensive. Took away the sushi, that was the most disappointing.

The breakfast buffet could be a little bit less money. I saw many families and thought that it was over priced for many.

I love that there was a Starbucks on the property and the breakfast buffet was delicious, but a little bit pricey along with the rooms. Overall, a wonderful, relaxing stay. The valet employees were very quick, efficient, and very friendly.

We really loved it all but our room didn’t get cleaned. We did put the privacy sign on our door the first day due to my husband having a conference call most of the morning. However, we took the sign down and our room was never cleaned. We easily could have called the front desk but it wasn’t that big of a deal. We will definitely visit again!!

The only downside was the pool area was under construction and the hot tub was closed, I did really want to use that!

Everything. So clean, I am sensitive to mold and dust and felt so safe here it was delightful. The breakfast buffet was delicious and loved having a starbucks onsite to get my coffee in the morning.

lots of hidden costs here and there and even if you don’t valet you have to pay for parking. staff are very confused when it comes to putting holds with random numbers and every day a new hold for any charges to your room or just because you stayed another day.

Small things about the room could have been cleaner. The bathroom in our room could have been cleaned better. I found hairs and dirt in our tub and shower. Some food was found in our dresser drawers.

It is all inclusive, you do not have to leave the property for anything. The pools are great! The staff was exceptional and very friendly.

1-Main answering machine and phone system 2-Bell Stand staff never pick up phone 3. House keeping 6 out of 10 , and Room service (asked for Hot water never arrived) some day hahahah 4. TV channel limited, 5.Shower water pressure (weak) compare to good shower system

Lobby bartenders could be a little more focused. Had to have lobby bartender remake my drink three times. Ritz Carlton lobby bar bartenders were exceptional.

wifi in the room is not free, and was charged to the room. there was a conatruction on JW site and big part of the hotek territory was blocked by fences abd construction yard. lazy river was not flowing at all, you have to swim by yourself.

hotel shares the territory with Ritz-Carlton hotel and service around the pool is amazing

It's a bit pricey, including all of the meals and add ons that are puchased once there. Needs to be more competitive.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel has wonderful facilities (though some parts under construction) and clean / quiet rooms. The pool and lazy river were enjoyable, and overall, the property has a resort like feeling for a get away. We would come back and stay again.

Lazy River in pool area not working was disappointing. And pool was not as clean and fresh everyday as should have been with leaves and other debris in water. Also, our room provided was located nearest to elevators and maintenance closet so more noisy than preferred! My Marriott profile requests highest level room and away from elevators and maintain room closets.

Excellent location in very pretty location, away from all the craziness of Disney World parks, yet completely accessible. Buffet breakfast with various food stations was fantastic and service simply wonderful!

Heavy construction work ( pool, garden, roofs) and internal as well (room maintenance and lobby construction). Due to these works the noise was really disturbing and we had no water in the room during the day twice. Swimming pool which was the reason to choose this hotel was not finished and the part that was opened to the guests was not heated as advertised. Also activities advertised were not offered.

Very clean new rooms. Spacious. Location was also very convenient.

paid extra for valet parking...never answered phone...always had to go down give ticket and wait...will self park next time ! never could get timely response fron guest severices either....GOLF rates were high $300 instead of 349 Most resorts give a much larger discount for guests (commonly 30-50% reduction) I had 2 rooms over $1000 every night and you gave me a $49 break in green fee.I played there once and found other courses nearby...last time I stayed there green fees for guests were approprate...about 2or3 years ago

The shower in the room was very small, and the sink would not hold water when the stopper was in the closed position.
