Noise level is AWFUL. Literally the only reason we didn't rate this higher was because we could hear every conversation, car and passerby outside the bedroom. The windows are slatted in room F110, so it was like there was zero sound barrier.

Fabulous location, across from the beach. Everything you need with full kitchen, living space, bathroom and separate bedroom. Easy access to what you need, close to many other beaches, A/C and fans kept the space cool, blinds helped keep the bedroom nice and dark.

There are fees and taxes added to your booking. The whole process is not really transparent, I ended up paying 250 dollars more than I initially had assumed I'd pay, with the same money I could have stayed at a better place in a better location

I sent a message via the chat for check in and again later for check out since the registration desk was always closed. I still haven't received a response and I checked out 2 days ago. Booking even sent a message on my behalf and still no answer. Good thing we didn't have any problems or this could have been quite frustrating.

Very clean, modern and close to the beach. Complex was well kept and our two level accommodations were fantastic. All the appliances you would need.

Only window ac, thought was full ac Cupboards w dishes and glasses up too high to reach safely into and no stepstool Poor signage to find room, building and elevators Nobody at regis desk after 5pm-we were unaware No directions how to use TV and channels Lighted magnifying mirror would have been nice D/w full of rust so did not use. Should be replaced. Did not see security cameras. More lights at night would be nice.

The unit, although slightly dated, was huge and clean. Right next to the beach and an assortment of restaurants and grocery stores.

The cockroaches were under the bed and coming out of the bathtub.

Everything was great except I had to cover the dryer door with a towel and tie it to the handle of the kitchen cabinet while I was loading up the stuff from washer to dryer because it kept on bumping and closing on my head. Other than that, it's ok.

We like the location it was close to the beach and short drive distance to downtown Lahaina The room was clean and check in was easy. I appreciate the washer and dryer And the kitchen stuff you can use to cook. Beds were comfy. Bathroom was clean. There were extra toiletries and towels as well which we like.

I didn't like that we were not informed about the fact that the office was closed during certain days. We should have been informed by email ahead of time how to get the keys, etc.

I liked the fact that the veranda was situated to be very private (we were on the first floor). It made it very relaxing.

Unit is on the ground floor at the back of a building. It has no view, and pretty loud traffic noise at night. There is not enough kitchen utensils to do any cooking. Need a little upkeep work.

Nice location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Nicely furnished in rooms. Ample parking available.

The location was great with very nice beach right across the street. This beach is great for boogie boarding and playing in the waves, but no good reefs for snorkeling. Very roomy for our family of 5.

The rate per night is costly and wished to be on a budget rate.

The facility is clean and in a convenient location. Just wished to be a lesser rate per night to be affordable.

Not walking distance to any stores and restaurants but that’s OK since we had a rental car.

Very clean, comfortable and spacious. It was fully stocked with towels, body soap, dishwashing soap, laundry soap, etc. I love how the beach was just right across the street, which was perfect for my workout and “vitamin sea.”
