Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, and visible dust present in corners etc.

Decor was pleasant and my daughter loved the pool. Was also very close to Mayo Clinic and very convenient for my appointments.

    Nothing!

Closeness to Mayo and tunnel system-not having to go out in cold weather. Room service food was excellent. View out our window was nice - we could see downtown area.

The TV channel guide did not match the channels available on the TV. There was not enough pillows for two people. Charging us for parking when we’re paying over $100 for a hotel room for one night seems to be just another way to get extra money out of a person renting a room.

Clean room. Good location for us. Bed was comfortable. Very clean room.

Lack of restaurant facilities. There are private restaurants in the building or connected to the building, but you will have to discover them on your own. Room was small but more than adequate. What does all that space matter when you are out of the room or while sleeping? They did an excellent job of updating the rooms in this classic and historic building.

Location. Joins immediately to Mayo Clinic. I just took the elevator from my room to the lower level, and I was there. Check in was not friendly, but not complicated and they accommodated my early arrival at 2 pm. At check out luggage storage was available and was complimentary.

No view from the room. There was empty space to look at from our third-floor window between their residential towers. Has a hospital-like feeling. Not bad but could be better.

The location of this hotel is perfect, next to Mayo. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. it was easy to check in and out. Parking cost was about $17-18 per day. we did not have any problem with the hotel. AC was continuously on. No problem with temps.

I was charged by booking.Com & charged again by hotel even after telling the hotel staff I already paid thru booking.com. This is the 2nd hotel that has charged me after I have paid thru booking.com. I will not be using booking.com again.

    It was quiet
