The staff was amazing - specifically, the grills are kept perfectly clean every day, and the lady that cleaned the grill area and others does an amazing job. The location is marvelous and the area perfect.

There was some kind of renovation going on in a different room above or around our room so throughout the 9 to 4 or so timeframe it was pretty noisy. We spent most of the time out of the room anyway but coming back for a nap wasn't an option.

Big spacious suites with full kitchen, coffee maker and a closet filled with beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, etc.) that many resorts charge you to rent. All units have a beautiful view of the beach. Coffee service each morning and a pineapple was provided to us in our fridge. The beach is clean, private and great for snorkeling and relaxing.

I believe some of the apartments have been updated while others haven’t. Ours was not yet updated and it did show. The decor/furniture was a little dated and a bit tired in places. But who’s focusing on the decor with views like that!

Location, location, location! Wow. We stayed in the lo rise apartments right on the beach front. Less than a 30 second walk to the beach. Could hear the ocean from almost any part of the apartment when we had the balcony doors open. Fabulous snorkeling on the beach too, including some HUGE turtles. Unbelievable, seriously beautiful!

We would have liked a fully air conditioned rental. We had to learn the location’s weather cycle and choose a time to occupy the area of the unit that was not air conditioned. The Unit was very nice and definitely a worthwhile rental. Very enjoyable.

The location was great to walk or drive to nearby restaurants and shopping. All of the restaurants served good food and the bakery was wonderful. Rental services for activities were also convenient.

On windy days the main slider door to the lanai would make a whistle sound as the wind hit the slider door. It could get a bit annoying if you are trying to read or listen to music.

The location and the view of the ocean 🌊 are amazing. The views of the sunset 🌅 from the lanai are top notch.

We stayed 10 days and would have liked for the room to be cleaned at least 2-3 times for that length of stay. But this did not impact how great of a stay we had.

The location was perfect! Ocean view right out our window and walking distance to restaurants and shops. The rooms were comfy and clean as was the grounds. Just an overall great place to stay.

The complex has a shared laundry room which was useful however the payment system requires you to preload money onto 2 different 'wallets' with minimum uploads which can make a single basket of washing quite expensive. Not really an issue if you stay for a long period. The pool is on the small side - could get crowded during peak season.

Directly on the beach and a short walk to local shops / 5-10mins drive to the centre of Kihei. The building is a little bit dated but our unit had been tastefully refurbished and had everything we needed. The grounds are modest in size but tidy and well-kept. Staff were friendly and helpful with local suggestions.

First of all the communications between a rental office and easy to find a key after hours was amazing. The spot is the best in Maui, we drove around the island and couldn’t find a better beach. Ocean view, shops and restaurants just a minute away. And if you don’t want to spend money on a rental car you don’t need it, because everything what you need are next door to the hotel. Room service was like a clock to change towels and take garbage out three days a week, can’t ask for more. Condo has absolutely everything what you need to cook. I was worried about drinking water, but their fridge is very modern and has ice and water to drink. Wifi is fast and strong I was even able to use it on a beach. If I can give to this place more then ten stars I would.
