The pre-check in instructions are a bit long, but unavoidable due to the system setup for check-in and the stay. The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable.

We couldn’t adjust the heat as it was non adjustable as it was in early May. Heat only in winter. Mattress on bed settee extremely uncomfortable and stained. No mattress protector on it . Such a pity.

The vertical blinds were a bit difficult to operate and seemed fragile.

The location in the city was great for us - a good walk to the venues we had to attend and ideal for accessing River North restaurants. The room was spacious, the view from the windows and balcony were epic and the facilities were adequate for our requirements

Well equipped and comfortable apartment with a great view. Good facilities for self catering. Great to have a balcony to sit out on. Efficient system for the elevators (we were on the 27th floor). Comfortable beds, including the sofa bed. Excellent area with subway and excellent Wholefoods grocery store nearby.

The only minor inconvenience was the absence of a safe in the apartment. This would have been useful, especially since I spent most of the day outside and preferred not to carry my valuables with me at all times.

The apartment was fantastic. It's conveniently located almost next to a metro stop on the red line, making it easy to get anywhere. While it's not in the Loop, you can reach it in just 10 minutes by metro. Additionally, the Magnificent Mile is only about three blocks away. There's a Whole Foods right across the street, and plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood for dinner options. Despite being centrally located, I didn't notice any noise during my stay. This could be attributed to the fact that I was on the 20th floor of the building, where street noise is minimal. The place itself was incredibly spacious and clean. Everything operated smoothly with Kasa, from getting the keys to entering the room. The apartment is well-equipped with amenities such as a kitchen, ironing facilities, laundry machine, and dishwasher, all of which functioned perfectly.

Window glass was dirty that prevents to see the outside view. Bed was very soft that makes to move a little bit hard.

My only complaints were the smell of weed coming in my apartment every night through the vents and the noise from a few neighbors. Listen, I have absolutely no issue with partaking of the Mary Jane, and would have loved to join in, but I had a nasty sinus infection during my stay, and the smell was painful. It is a non-smoking property with smoke alarms throughout, so I'm unsure how the detector wasn't triggered. I informed Kasa of the issue on the 2nd night of my stay, and the next morning the rep came to my room, knocked a few times, then as I went to check the peep-hole, let herself inside! I value my privacy, and that didn't set well with me. Especially as there is no door from the living room into the bedroom, and I was getting ready to change clothes for the day. The smell occurred every night and was apparently from different neighbors.

I loved this property! They upgraded my room to a balcony apartment, and the view was amazing. They have little touches at the property that are very thoughtful and in anticipation of your needs. There was a new salt and pepper grinder and a new bottle of olive oil to help with in room cooking. There wasn't anything I didn't have in order to prepare meals (all cooking utensils there). There were extra garbage bags (and a trash chute on every floor), hand and dish soap, a new dish sponge, laundry pods, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and a hair dryer. They also have ample closet space with hangers, an ironing board and iron, and a dust bin with broom. Everything was very clean and smelled great. The bed was comfortable, and the sofa bed was even more comfortable! The shower/tub had immediate and unlimited hot water. There's even a medicine cabinet for storage in the bathroom. The square footage isn't huge, but they have really made the most out of every square foot. It was perfect for my needs. I loved that you have access to a Kasa representative 24/7 via text for any issues or needs. They were always responsive and respectful. The security at the property was important to me, and they have a great system set up for guests.

The ceiling in the bathroom had mould and needed treating and repainting. The shower head was low, so I had to bend backwards when washing my hair. The doors and door tracks out to the balcony could do with a good wash.

I was upgraded from a studio to a one bedroom and it was enormous. And quiet. I used the washer dryer and the kitchen a little. Being opposite a whole foods was very convenient. I was able to walk or catch the train anywhere I wanted. It was clean and comfortable.
