The reservation started with a studio apartment, but this apartment was not suitable. There were many soiled furniture in this apartment (couch, floor, table). The young lady that assisted us from Kasa, was phenomenal. She was able to get us into another apartment quickly. So, our trip did not start off fantastic, but it ended fantastic.

The area was great, and there were many shopping and eating places close. There was a beautiful park in walking distance and the people were super nice. The 2nd apartment that we were placed was immaculate and really nice. Nice size apartment, the parking was good, being that the garage level led straight to the floor you were on. The amenities were great and the bed was very comfortable. The trip was great, but it didn't start that way.

vandalism, lack of agent or representative, parking situation was unclear and without instruction. Someone broke into the fire extinguisher housing and dispersed dry chemical agent all over the hallway. the was no fire. the fire extinguisher was nearest to the apt. after it was cleaned up after a full day passed, they did it again.

sofa bed dirty, stained and uncomfortable. would have been helpful to have staff on site to help with any issues that arise. lack of a good supermarket in walking distance.

apartment was bright, airy, and generally clean. well equipped kitchen. great appliances (oven, fridge, washing machine etc). very comfortable main bed. good size closet and bathroom. generally, very comfortable. proximity to cinema, restaurants etc. not having keys to worry about!

The water pressure was low in the shower and kitchen sink. the ceiling fan above the bed did not work.

I liked how easy it was to access everything i.e parking garage, room. it was near a lot of places like restaurants and bars.

Water pressure of the shower was extremely low. I needed to push the button very hard to flush the toilet. The hair dryer was half broken - missing a knob on the switch so I couldn’t turn it off unless I unplugged the dryer.

Staff was nice. Quick response. After I sent the complaint of cricket at night they provided roach killer spray next day.

Pay attention to the check-in instructions! The address they provide just prior will be what you use for navigation and Uber or Lyft. There are two entrances to the garage and you can easily get turned around! haha! Took us about a day, but we finally got it down!

I loved the ease of getting in and out of the apartment directly from the parking level. The condo was clean and spacious and airy. The property itself was beautiful as well. The master bed was super comfy! The kitchen was well situated and stocked with all we needed.
