The only things I would suggest is new carpeting in the room. The room seemed to have a slight odor. Between the bed and the wall, it needs to be cleaned. Looks like that hasn't been cleaned in a very long time.

Breakfast was delicious. Room was clean. Parking was great. Close to where I wanted to be. Felt very safe. Loved the fruit water in the lobby. Liked the amenities in the room.

The pool and hot tub could use a refresh. They appeared old and in need of new paint.

The staff, was friendly, facilities were generally beautiful and clean, nice reception area, great breakfast! Any issues we reported were taken care of immediately.

We went for our Honeyroom. They had the bed set up with chocolate, cider, and roses. Very sweet! We enjoyed our room on the river in a very romantic setting. It was in the middle of everything, which was a plus. The staff was very friendly. We will definitely be back. Thank You!

Close to our favorite restaurants. Beautiful amenities. Plenty of parking. With a large group of basketball players in house for a tournament, the staff did well in how they assigned rooms. We never heard any loud talking or foot traffic above us ( we were on first floor). Thank you

All though the Hotel was remodeled recently , its showing signs of wear .

I would have liked more Whole Food selections at the breakfast. Most things were not good for me. We chose to go elsewhere.

Jacuzzi tub in the room was the reason we picked this hotel. Fresh cookies were a welcoming touch and good.

The toilet is super low to the floor. Was a challenge to get down to and back up from.

Serendipity in Seaside! Great staff. They offer fresh cookies in the afternoon and chowder at 5 pm. Continental breakfast has good hot food choices and great coffee from an area roaster. Lots of access to electronics charging.

Breakfast was amazing, hotel clean throughout. Bathroom fan was noisy and a light out in the bathroom also. Main hot tub look dirty. But by far a nice place.

Nothing to complain about!

I commented about it being our anniversary trip and we came back to the room with cider and petals on the bed and we hadn't even asked! It was a nice touch for sure to our weekend. We loveddd the free chowder after 5 it was amazing! Staff was so nice and the stay was clean and comfortable.

I really liked the setup in the room, large comfy chair, fireplace, soft fluffy bed, down duvet and pillows. The 24 hr pool and spa with adult time after 10pm was a bonus.
