Beautiful property along the beach. Very quiet and peaceful

Very pretty property, pools, hot tubs, Rooms are clean with a nice little deck. We ate at the lounge which had a great local band playing. The restaurant looked interesting, but like most restaurants in kauai, expensive. Everything worked well for us, not sure it has a real kid friendly vibe at the restaurants or inside the main hotel. But they liked the pools for sure. Great location to kick off or end your trip close to the airport if you have an early or late flight, 10 minute drive.

Only thing that I didn’t like was that you can’t swim at the beach on the back yard!! But, that has nothing to do with the hotel!!

They put an 18% gratuity on every food/ beverage check, which was expensive to begin with. Building 4 needs an update badly.

Beautiful setting with amazing sunrise views . The rooms did not meet my expectations for cleanliness and there was an odor - moldy ? For the price , I did expect more .

Looks like the facility felt a bit run down and there was some alarm that rang unexpectedly? Example like no latte because machine is down .

Breakfast was good . Check in was good . I especially liked Sadie she was very good in suggesting g that we switched to a room with 2 double beds rather than trying to cram 3 persons into one king size bed - when my daughter expressed her unhappiness at my selection . We had a very good dinner at the restaurant- exceeded my expectations!

Parking for your rental car in their secure lot is an extra $30 daily, which I found excessive considering the price of the room. It should be included free of charge. I didn't eat at the restaurant but had a fish sandwich at the pool bar, which was so-so, and overpriced. A club soda (no alcohol) was $5. The stretch of beach is just that, not really a place to hang out and sunbathe, as shore to break is minimal. The amount of microplastics washed up on the beach was concerning, to say the least, but a local told me the whole east side of Kauai has that problem.

Amazing place to unwind and relax! The grounds and expansive pool areas are beautiful! The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The gift shop served fresh coffee and opened at 6 a.m. Pool cabana had ice water available throughout the day and a towel swap should you need. The hotel basically has its own stretch of beachfront.

A lot of moisture damage and some mold from the moisture on the fans and the paintings in my room. $30 per night parking. Wish there were larger hot tubs.

The reception staff were fantastic. When the door didn't work properly on the first room we were given, they moved us into another one straight away that we could see the beach from.

Desk clerk had an attitude, and was exceptionally unhelpful. Actually acted kind of snobbish because we booked our room through Bookings.com. This is the second time we have stayed at this resort hotel in two years. We had almost the same treatment from the front desk on our first stay.

Water pressure in the shower wasn’t ideal. Water temperature in the shower wasn’t great. Sometimes we had house keeping, other times we did not. Overall, it was fantastic.

The property is beautiful. The staff are wonderful. The pool is gorgeous. The beach is remote. The food is delicious, yet expensive.

Way too expensive. Nickel and dime you charges for everything. Should NOT have parking fees for self parking! No microwave cooking in the rooms or kitchenette. Because of those things we would NOT consider returning. Front desk staff overall not too friendly. Valet worked we liked the best because they were very friendly and personable.

Room wasn’t as clean as we’d have liked, but it was lovely! Also the sliding screen door was broken and our fridge got unplugged by the cleaning staff accidentally so the ice box melted and our food spoiled. It was nice though!
