Super close to the airport for an early morning flight. Good size unit, suited our 2 night stay, better than expected. 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms and aircon was great. Comfy beds.

Liked the friendly staff, access to beach, pool, hot tub, kitchen, and balcony with tables and chairs. Also liked the access to neighboring hotel pools, bar, and restaurants.

I partly rented this property as the info. claimed there was a beach that was a 4 min. walk, However, what the info. didn't include is it's not a swimmable beach where you can get in the water. It's too dangerous as there are riptides and currents. That was a bummer to find out when checking in. The property also didn't have a gym onsite which would have been nice. The kitchen was lacking a few items such as a cookie sheet, broiler pan and an additional skillet. There was only 1 skillet and no broiler pan or cookie sheet. The unit was outdated in terms of decor and furniture. The couch was not comfortable to sit on and was very old. A couple of the springs in the couch were sticking up and was just old. Luckily, we didn't need to spend a lot of time there so it was "fine" overall. There were pools and BBQ's with propane at a neighboring resort that we were able to use which was nice. My suggestion would be to get access to the gym at the neighboring resort too.

The location was good as it was easy to get to either side of Kauai and it was near the airport. We have teenagers so 2 bedrooms, 2 baths was a must. The kitchen was also a priority as we like to prepare some meals. The refrigerator was great to have and it had an icemaker.

The Hot tub didn't work as well as we expected it. Had to walk to the other resort to use theirs. Not a big issue, but just a little inconvenience.

The location was great. staff very helpful and nice. The room clean. The rooms had everything we needed. Coffee and refill of water were excellent.

Room was slightly musty and dated. The chickens keep you awake all night. Using the other hotel’s facilities is fine but can’t charge food etc.

After many request, the staff couldn't provide a late check-out, which was inconvenient. Also insects were quite annoying (in- and outside).

Stay in beginning of November with parent. Good fully equiped appartment, with big kitchen (with induction). It was clean. Parking space was available (after payment). Even place to sit outside. On walking distance of the resort. Swimming pool of own resort or nearby resort could be both used. Just across the resort (10min walking) you have the sea.

Property had nothing special to be resort. Lobby was not very inviting. Wyndham only manages but each unit is with different appointment as each unit maybe decorated by the owner.

Location had direct access to the beach. Nicely appointed outdoor for morning and evening walks. We were able to use adjacent Outrigger's pool and hot tub which was much better than Kuaui Beach Villas. Rooms were comfortable.

Gorgeous location and layout. We got to pop next door to the Resort and use its beautiful pool and facilities (the food was really good at both restaurants there…) and the apartment was very clean and cushy and comfortable. Very friendly, helpful staff. Everything you could want in one place. We’ll be back.

The smell in the bathroom cause of humidity.

The pool was great! The size of the appartement is perfect and it was well equiped. We appreciated as well to have a washer/dryer in the facility and to park upfront. We had the possibility to take some chairs, bodyboards… from the reception. We had a great time!

1. Customer service was hit or miss. Some people at the front desk were super helpful. Others, seemed kinda annoyed when you asked for anything. 2. Don’t plan on swimming at the nearby beach. Dangerous tip tides, jellyfish, and jagged coral reefs.

1. Access to the pool at Kauai Beach Resort (the pool at the villas was nice, but pretty small). We have two kids and they loved the sand pool and water slide. 2. Great location. Close to the airport. 3. Clean facilities with a lot of room.
