United States of AmericaWhat I didn't like was that there was no breakfast. It would've been nice to be able to get something there rather than having to go out for all of our meals. The coffee machine in our room sort of malfunctioned and it made a mess, but it was easily remedied, so not a big deal. There was no TV guide so flipping through the channels was a bit annoying because it pauses in between every channel. Would be nice to have had a movie channel, HBO or something of the like so we could watch a movie together. The internet was a bit touchy, but I've had way worse at other hotels. Also, sort of a funny thing- I'm guessing we were located right by the laundry room because from time to time our whole room would vibrate and shake, the kids thought it was an earthquake. There were ants in the pool room right by the chairs. We had placed our things (towels, shoes, etc) on the chairs and when I went to retrieve our things, I spotted the ant colony. They were getting all over our things. One last thing, it's kind of strange that there was no ice machine nearby and we had to get ice from the person at the front desk.
I liked the location- we needed a few things from the drug store, a few groceries and had to go out to eat. Everything was super close by. If the weather had been better, we would've taken the kids to Tam O'Shanter park as it's also very close. I thought the beds were pretty comfortable, plenty of room for myself, husband and two kids. It was also very clean and had pretty much all the accommodations we needed. The pool and hot tub were amazing! Honestly the main attraction to coming as the kids have been wanting to swim for awhile. It was kind of nice that we had it to ourselves. The staff was very nice as well. Overall, we had a wonderful time.

United States of AmericaMissing spindle on toilet paper roll, and light switch plates in bathroom could have used a little wipe down. Everything else was very, very clean.
Room was freshly redone and very clean. Employees were all friendly and accommodating. Bed was very comfortable, and linens and towels looked brand new. The TV only offered streaming services, but that was fine with me. Nice closet/clothing storage area. All in all a clean, comfortable stay in an economy hotel.

Ice machine also was not working...needed ice. then breakfast we went down around 8:00 am and it was bare. Pastries....cookies...cinnamon rolls was gone -only one of each left and there were 10 people there wanting breakfast. no waffle mix...utensils were out, everything was out. Quite disappointing. The staff said they ran out of everything because the boss did not leave them enough.....that should NEVER happen. They knew ahead of time about the extra people coming there because of the sports event in the area, but still they didn't plan for it. I paid for the use of the hot tub and pool, and the free breakfast and the ice machine but got nothing except.. we're sorry about that from the front desk. I need to be reimbursed for my stay! No reason for any of this happening...it's a business for heavens sake!

United States of AmericaThat the pool, hot tub is still broken, that all ice makers were still broken, they were running to store to but ice very day. They told us that there they were waiting for corporate to come fix everything, that was told to us 6 weeks ago, when we were B/4.
That it was very clean, maid service was great, breakfast was very good, better than 2 weeks B/4, hotel was busy & this time breakfast was stocked very well

United States of AmericaMany things. There was no TV listing program sheet provided. Had to stumble through the tv to find channels. Not informed at anytime prior to arrival including during making a reservation that the pool was closed and had been closed for some time. Also, the ice machine was also broken and found out that it has been broken for 5 to 6 MONTHS, that's months people not days. When I went down to get ice with a bag the front desk person only wanted to provide a couple cups of ice instead of filling the bag. REALLY, but wait there's more. Now for breakast and no food. The hotel was full due to multiple sports tournaments nearby. Half way through the breakfast the food ran out. I mean everything except the waffles. People were coming down to empty counters with only excuses that management didn't purchase supplies for the amount of people staying for the weekend. This was Sunday morning. Every time I went to get coffee I went to the front counter and got coffee cups and drink cups to supply the breakfast area because by the coffee in the breakfast room it was always empty. No one else was filling the empty cup shelf. Just told to go get your own cup up front in the lobby. Our grandaughter stayed next door with the team at the Red Lion Inn and they had a great hot breakfast with ALOT of items and it was ALWAYS fully stocked. By the way, we went to McDonalds next door to get our breakfast. There were allot of disgusted people wanting to go to breakfast but only to find out there was none to be had when they got there. Then there were the dogs. Dogfights, barking, etc. Even during sleeping time. Management, if there really is any, sucked royal. New manager or management desperately needed for this place.

CanadaThe lack of soundproofing of the building is the problem. You hear all that happens out of your room. From people walking on the hallways to anyone stomping above. There were children running on the hallways on our floor and the floor above since 7 am, it was awful.
