Even though the property was clean everything was run down and it needs to be renovated badly. In my room i didn’t want to use the shower because it was rusted out.

The ac didn't put out and made loud disruptive noises. Bugs crawling on bathroom floor and in shower. Water in shower never got hot. Hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. No clean towels avaliable. The front desk clerks both Friday night and Saturday night were rude.

Summer, the front desk clerk during the day, was friendly. The breakfast was ok. The breakfast staff was very nice.

They ran out of towels and the evening clerks were slightly rude. The carpet in the hall was all stained up.

Only complain is it needs an update! Especially for the cost.

We booked a room for 3 adults and were only given 2 towels. We asked the front desk for another towel multiples times, but were refused each time. Seemed like a really weird thing to be uptight about, especially considering they got it wrong in the first place. Maybe they were counting the dirty washcloth that was left in the shower as our third towel.

The lobby is really nice. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but it seemed reasonably priced for the convenience. The room was nice and cold when we got there. The bed was comfortable.

The floors were sticky. The toilet seat was on the floor. The shower didn’t work or drain properly

Carpets stained and very dirty. Bathroom sink let out brown water for nearly 10 mins. Toliet plunger wasn't attached and had to reconnect after every flush. For the name I expected more. Staff was friendly. A Plus was Sheets were clean and smelled like bleach.

Husband was supposed to have 11 am shuttle bus, but they canceled on him. He needed to get to the airport and ended up having to pay for an Uber. He ended up at the airport later than hoped and was rushed. Also, the hotel stated there was pool and hot tub (both were closed); website said there was restaurant (was closed); website said there was a casino on site (had to walk to it about 10 minutes away). We were excited to stay but ended up very disappointed in the lack of amenities that were advertised on the website.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was generally clean and beds were comfortable.

The room was musty and it seems like the overall condition of the facility has declined over the last few years.

The room smelled very bad, there was never coffee, and it was way too expensive for what I experienced.

The lamp shade had a slit in it. There was rust on the tub and on the door on the door of the bathroom. His atplastic bag was provided the inside of the ice bucket was disgusting looking.. I have pictures... I was unable to share all of the pictures that I took.

Had to wait 2.5 hours in the lobby to check in. No airport shuttle. Alot of visible damage inside and out from hurricane including black mold. The floor in our room was buckled and slanting from water damage. Alot of trash in the parking lot. Hallway stunk and carpet was filthy. Very nasty overall.

The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable.

We booked this property because of the free shuttle service but there is NO shuttle service. It is a good distance to the airport and we had to pay taxi fare. We didn't know this until our arrival at the property! The ceiling drywall was falling to the floor in our room and the plaster around the windows was buckling.

We picked this hotel specifically because it was listed under airport shuttle. This was very important to us, as it was for the room I reserved for my son the previous Wednesday evening. When I called to check on shuttle times, I was told we haven't had that service since the pandemic started. She then said that there is a blip on the website saying there is no shuttle,"but no one ever sees that" I suggested that if they know it's not working they may want to try something else.

Hotel was a bit dirty in general including hallways and rooms. Mold in bathroom. Ceiling had brown staining and was peeling. Definitely "Need to check beds for bedbugs" kind of place.
