The air conditioner was not working properly and we didn't notice until we were asleep and we woke up drenched in sweat.

The hotel had amazing facilities. It had direct beach access, which is not that easy to find in Key Largo. We will definitely be going back. We also enjoyed the restaurant- the food was so tasty!

I didn’t like is. Can smoke Cigars even you are alone in the beach. They charge you Resort fee for 49 dollars and don’t explain even you paid already in the booking.

    Was private and very confortable

Other hotel patrons placed towels on beach chairs at the beach And were not even occuppying them for most of the time At most resorts they have a policy that is enforced and posted That would prevent this from happening.

Staff especially the indiviuals at tbe bar on the beach Were excellent!

While we did enjoy our stay, it was Very loud at times with weddings, large parties. Especially late at night after the party when you want to sleep. Certain areas also closed off for weddings, which when you’re paying for a hotel at the beach and can’t use that beach area really isn’t ok. Kinda overpriced and When you’re paying this much to stay somewhere you expect a certain level of quality. Pool area is small for families.

Beautiful property, staff was friendly. Our room was nice.

Room was dingy, outdated and run down. TV in the sitting area did not work, the couch had large brown stains on it, the light in the sitting area was run by an extension cord, furniture in bedroom had multiple scratches and dings

The grounds , beaches and pool were spectacular-loved them

Small beach with many families with little ones so the kids activities would run on the beach where the bingos and games would be super loud to be able to sleep or focus on reading. Although the property is nice it only has one lunch and dining restaurant where it took forever to get the food.

The location is great! Staff was very nice and helpful. Nice decoration and condition of the property. Very clean.

Wish there wasn't a 20% automatically added to everything and that it's credit only. But assuming there is a reason for that. We were not impressed by the food overall. At Dry rocks, the gluten free options were not really gluten free - that's kind of a big deal. We got room service from Calusa's and it was ok. There are a ton of other restaurants around, so it was fine.

Liked that there was so much to do in the property. With the private beach, fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding. Saw lots of wildlife too. Pool was very nice and love an adult pool option! Location is great, we had ocean view. Staff was extremely nice. Rooms are clean, big bathroom. Our favorite were the chairs off the path right on the water, so relaxing!

The staff was not friendly or accommodating. They were clearly only driven by tips and they’d let you know very clearly when they were unhappy about the amount tipped. The bellboy helped us bring our suitcases to the room and since my husband had given him only a fiver (he didn’t have any change), he pretty much threw all suitcases into the room from the door… the waitstaff was not accommodating and it was hard to get a smile from any of them. The reception people were hit or miss: there was a very pleasant man but the women would make you wait to check in or check out for veeeeery long time even though they were not attending any other guests without even apologizing or raising their eyesight to acknowledge your presence. It’s a pity the staff was so terribly mediocre, because the place is fantastic. Also the food was not great. For a resort of those characteristics you’d expect better quality and quantity… we were quite disappointed with the food.

The location, the resort activities and fun things to do.

The breakfast was not buffet, so you have to order from the menu (for us plates were little too big) And the AC indoors was freezing 😅

For the price breakfast should have been included. We’d spent so much extra on cocktails and snacks we didn’t want to spend over the odds on breakfast but tried Harriet’s restaurant down the road did an amazing breakfast for a fraction of the price. Had to wait til 3pm for check in despite arriving at 11 but worth it for a room on the top floor with the spectacular sea views. Drinks and food are pricey but good quality. Additional charges added to the booking to use the water sports etc but as we were only staying two nights we didn’t get the opportunity to use these so this shouldn’t be automatically applied for guests who can’t use them. Nicest hotel in the whole of Key Largo but expect to pay too dollar for drinks and food. . Bar shut so early at 11 so we had to get a taxi else where. No evening entertainment which you would expect.

Brilliant welcome from bell boy Ainsworth who sang and rapped Happy Birthday to me and was the most fun check in we’ve ever had. Staff very friendly. Amazing sea views from the top floor. Lovely tranquil beach. Pool great giving the kids and adults their own separate area. Great facilities and beautifully decorated hotel with trendy chairs everywhere. Bedroom was stylish spacious and functional. Lovely balcony. Outdoor Games area fun. Reusable water bottles a good idea but shouldn’t have been charged for them as at check in these are presented to you as complementary. Free safe car park. Immaculately clean throughout. Quality hotel with high attention to detail. Felt super chilled after our visit. Would def stay again and recommend.
