The facility was good. The problem I had was Booking.com had not sent my reservation over to the motel.

The motel had not received my reservation/booking from Booking.com but were able to find accommodations for me. I appreciated their efforts on my behalf.

Cleaning was behind which delayed check in and getting towels. Check in staff came off rude at times.

Room was nice and spacious. All rooms are on the water. Pool was nice and clean.

The property appears to be an original Keys motel and is showing its age. The room key is an actual key and you better not misplace it. It was also emphasized that towels and sheets should not be stained with make-up (or anything else), which is an unusual request at a hotel.

We were in town for a swim meet hosted at Founders Park. The hotel is located just off U.S. 1 as you enter the Key of Islamorada. I was looking for an affordable hotel in the area that had decent reviews and ratings and Creekside Inn did meet all of my basic expectations. The beds were comfortable, the A/C worked very well, and we had a full-size fridge in our room. It was surprisingly quiet considering how close it is to U.S. 1. The bathroom is small, but the water temperature and pressure were good. Amenities were also provided. All rooms offer semi-private outside seating with a view of the canal, which, during our trip included sightings of dolphins, fish, and all kinds of marine life. The front desk employee was very welcoming and knowledgeable and offered recommendations for dining and sightseeing. Free on-site parking is available, and the parking pass allows you and your vehicle free entry into Founders Park, which is a 10-minute drive South.

The one thing that was a problem was the Television was not working and as much as that doesn’t seem like a big deal when you have 2 kids that need to wind down at night. The TV comes in handy

Everything was really amazing. Service staff was good fun pool location nothing bad

The immediate area lacked choice for breakfast and evening meal but only a short Uber ride away we were able to get everything we needed. We did not use the pools on this occasion.

The hotel was easy to find and car parking was available for all guests. The staff on arrival tried to help us change our room as the room allocated to us was up a flight of stairs and my partner had walking difficulty. In any event me managed for the short two day stay.

Just know that the property is old and dated but everything was fine - bed was comfortable, AC was cold, shower was fine. We didn't eat at the restaurant or swim in the pool.

The inn is just off the main road and is set on a waterway, so if you get a room with a view, you get a view! There are chairs next to the water, so you can sit (and smoke) and if you're lucky (wasn't) a manatee may swim by. A bonus - you get free passes to Founders Park and the beach there is sweet.

It was right off a busy road and could hear a lot of traffic throughout the night. Auto lock doors made it hard with kiddos to make sure we always had a key in our pocket to not get locked out.

This was a great spot in the keys right on a canal with fun sea life to watch/catch. Room was spacious and the shower was good size for washing kiddos.
