I did not like that the condo was dusty and needed a deep cleaning. The back sliding door to the patio was a nightmare we couldn’t get it to open or shut with out making a big ruckus. The tea pot on the stove had tea in it from the guest before us.

The location was ideal walking distance to beach. It’s equipped with beach stuff. The grounds are well maintained they have a security guard.

The ladies in the office were not excessively friendly and helpful, some space for improvement.....too bad that baggage storage is not possible on the day of departure.....

The location of the resort is great!.....beaches, restaurants and shops nearby.....the condo itself is well equipped and very comfortable and clean.....

I loved EVERYTHING about this condo!! It’s an amazing place. It was far better in person than the pics & great reviews indicated! The owner of the unit is a beautiful sweet spirit. I made an error without realizing it, was rude & she was SO graceful with me. She truly has serious aloha spirit!! I visit Maui often & this is my favorite convo I’ve stayed in. I loved the condo, the grounds also are more quiet than many. The staff are sweet & friendly. I can’t say enough positive things about it!! Overall an awesome experience!!

Needed a better toaster, and a rubber spatula. and the bathroom sink drainer stopper thing didn't work. Not a deal breaker at all!

Everything was perfect! Very comfortable condo, comfy bed and couch, great kitchen, nice bathroom, huge lanai. Kitchen appliances worked perfectly, the Roku and Cable on both TVs was a nice touch.

The level of cleanings was sub par. The floor and counters needed a more thorough scrub. Fortunately, cleaning supplies were there and we rectified the situation.

Great location, across the street from a fabulous beach. We carried our paddle boards down each morning for a great paddle. The beach chairs, toys etc were a welcome extra to find on the balcony.

It’s an older condo so it definitely doesn’t compare to a resort. Also hard to tell exactly how much cleaning has been done between guests with all the furniture and soft surfaces, especially the pillows / blankets in storage and linens in the sofa bed

Great place to stay during our time in Maui. It’s spacious and has everything you need to feel at home. The extra beach equipment like chairs and a cooler was a nice bonus. Saved us time and money for rentals. The balcony was great too - quiet and comfortable spot to relax in the evenings.

The floor was filthy. Our feet turned black when we went barefoot in the apartment the first day. We just wore shoes the rest of the stay. There is a common area/patio right off the balcony. There were groups of people out there during most of our stay making the balcony off limits unless you want to feel like you’re in a fishbowl.

Great location! Kitchen is nicely stocked with plenty of dishes.

I did not stay @ this place...cancelled my trip/ unable to cancel reservation/ called owner to advise wished to cancel, but didn't work...what more can I say...very disappointed, will know better next time.
