Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaThe rooftop pool wasn’t open when we were there, which was disappointing. It would have been nice if that was made clear somewhere while we were booking. The location is a short Uber ride away from the main strip but not walkable there.

United States of AmericaRoom was kind of warm overnight, we used the thermostat to turn down the AC, but it just wouldn't budge. While showering the water got insanely hot mid shower, we had to turn it off and back on to get the temperature right again.
Location was great! Beds were comfortable and the rooms were well decorated and cozy. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Loved the self park or valet options. Having a spa on site is a great amenity.

United States of AmericaThe room smelled a bit like sewage especially in the bathroom. Nice area, but for the cost you would expect more. I’ve stayed in much nicer hotel rooms in more demand cities in great locations and not spent as much on a room. The beds were not bad but not comfortable. The restaurant was just okay, we had a lot of the food. The only thing I would order again is the 615 chicken. The spinach dip lacked a pop. The brisket sliders had bad proportions. Way too much bread and lettuce. Not nearly enough brisket. The chicken wings were not good. They were undercooked and over sauced. I’m a wing champion grill master, these were not worthy of being on a fast food menu. The filet was underwhelming. Just seemed like no effort was put into making it stand out. The potatoes that went with this were very good though. But on a plate with potatoes and a filet the potatoes should never out shine the filet. My wife’s burger was barely touched. I can’t speak more on the burger since I didn’t try it but it’s obvious it was not good. Also the sangria was very bitter.
I liked the friendliness of the staff, location and beauty of the hotel and restaurant. The rooms were nice. The bathrooms were beautiful. The feel of the restaurant was very classy and nostalgic. The 615 chicken was delicious. The wine that left in our room for our anniversary by the hotel was actually very good.

CanadaThat my room was only cleaned once on a 6 day holiday and that towels were not refreshed when asked. Garbage was never emptied the whole time we were there. No live music in the hotel and only one restaurant/lounge. There is no store in the hotel for snacks etc.
Location great away from the business of Broadway. Beds were super comfortable. Bathroom was nice and big and clean. Staff in the lounge/restaurant were super pleasant. Happy hour every day was a great touch.

United States of AmericaThe dog smell on my floor! It was the worst it’s ever been. I have two dogs I love and understand that dogs are now allowed into hotels but over time, it begins to smell LIKE WET DOG and completely destroys the carpet and the hallways/rooms reek. There’s too many other choices, I wont be going back, unfortunately.
Love the location and attached restaurant.

United States of AmericaDidn't like having to go outside and reenter the hotel after going to my car in the parking garage.
The African American Lady on the front desk was absolutely awesome! She answered all our questions accurately, made us feel respected and cared for. Her recommendations were spot on. She made sure we knew how to get around the hotel efficiently. The young black Bellman was awesome also, he took his time to to show around the facilities. They both have great personalities. Your hotel is well represented by them especially!

United States of AmericaOnly negative was during our 5 night stay our room was only tidied up once. Although we were out and about most of the day, they weren’t able to get to our room until we were getting ready for our evening out.
Beautiful property in a great location. Staff was so friendly as most of our interactions with the people in Nashville.

United States of AmericaMy husband contacted them a couple of days before we arrived and asked about an early check in. They said that wouldn’t be a problem. When we arrived at the hotel, we checked in and headed to our room. We immediately noticed that we were given a smaller room. It was tiny. The lady at the front desk told my husband that since we needed an early check in, this was the only room they had clean and ready. My husband and I both were taken back by the fact that she didn’t mention that when we checked in. There was no mention of offering us money back since we were basically being downgraded. They ended up moving us to a different room that was a little bigger but still not what we had reserved. They told us it was a Booking.com issue. The bed was very uncomfortable. It made it impossible to just lounge in the room. There was also no fitted sheet on the bed. Only a flat one draped over the mattress cover. So if you turn over a couple of times in the bed, you eventually just end up on the mattress cover because the flat sheet wouldn’t stay put. I called the front desk to ask for a fitted sheet and she said they didn’t use fitted sheets. It was very odd and made the uncomfortable bed even more uncomfortable. We specifically stayed at this hotel because it had a spa connected. We were not impressed with the spa service at all. It was very overpriced. Pretty but not worth the price tag. We also were bummed that although the restaurant, The Henley, said it was open until midnight, the kitchen closed at 10.
I loved that it was quiet and clean. The staff seemed very knowledgeable about the area.
