I enjoyed the coffee station in the morning. Also practical to have the iced water available all day. We loved using the complimentary bikes for our sled guided tour and to go shopping. We also loved playing pickleball. They provided the pickleball equipment and facilities.

The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Chloe was especially helpful in locating my ING account. This was our 2nd stay at the hotel. It is centrally located to restaurants, shopping and movie theaters. We look forward to future stays.

On 6th / top floor under the restaurant noise from chairs is significant and windows let noise through more than they should. Did not bother us but could bother others. Also don't expect too much privacy with partner in washroom.

60 credit per day dowstairs Juniper breakfast excellent. Happy hour and snacks well done. Pool was nice.

Breakfast arrangement is kind of weird. There's a small cafe on the ground floor where breakfast is served, but we didn't like it at all so drove for breakfast to the Ace Hotel next morning, where it was a lot times better. For this price (we paid around $700 per night) we expected better breakfast, after staying in Palm Springs few times in the past. The pool was much smaller than we thought and the water was extremely dirty. Our kids were looking forward to swimming there, but because it was overcrowded we only managed to stay there for couple of hours.

Location is great, staff was very friendly, but we found this hotel to be overpriced for what you get.

We did feel like the ventilation could have been better in the ensuite bathrooms as it didn’t really seem to be functioning. The chamber maid often came quite late, although on the two occasions we had to chase, they were very responsive and it was always done to a very high standard.

A really stunning property in a fantastic location. The lobby and rooms are light and spacious and the whole place has a very cool modern vibe. The whole place was immaculate. Loved the rooftop pool area and the staff were so friendly and attentive. We had breakfast at the Juniper Table every morning. It was great. And 4 Saints restaurant / bar was also very very good with very accomplished waiting staff and great food. Be sure to book in advance as we tried to go again during our trip but it was all booked up.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel with its prime location and distinctive design. The rooftop pool and restaurant created a captivating atmosphere, offering a picturesque view of the pink desert sunset. The breakfast was both simple and satisfying。

The music throughout the facility. Got to be an irritation after a few hours waiting for a friend downstairs or at pool. Would have preferred something 'softer.' But that's on me: my advanced age---

Professional and efficient staff, very positive interactions with each one...shuttle to airport with explanations by valet of wait-time, helpful and pleasant when my friends came by with car, etc. etc. etc--!

We were told upon check in that our reservation included breakfast each morning at Juniper. I did not believe this to be true so checked the first morning at the desk to confirm we did not in fact have a breakfast plan. We didn't appreciate the fact that the only fridge available in our room was packed with items for purchase at an escalated price by the hotel. We had to temporarily remove some of the overpriced items for purchase in order to keep a few necessary staples during our short stay. Also, though we did appreciate the modern design of the hotel bathroom ... there was not enough "light" to complete shaving, etc ... even though all lights were turned on. And lastly, though we were given the WiFi address & password ....the main link to be used as provided upon arrival was non-functional which was frustrating. We ended up going back to the hotel desk to inquire as to why we could not log in ... we were then told to use a different selection (Rowan_meeting) which did finally get us connected.

Location, LoCation, LOCATION! Professionalism to include genuine caring attitude from most staff. Cleanliness & Comfort of our room. The 'happy hour" each afternoon was a nice touch. Complimentary shuttle to & from the PSP airport.

Maybe I thought this was a adults only hotel. Not the hotels fault, that’s on me. It was always full of adults and was calm and sophisticated and vibing. There were a lot of screaming kids there recently which might impact my future stays. Again, NOT the hotels fault, definitely my fault for not checking to ensure a relaxing stay in Palm Springs in the future..
