Shower water pressure could have been stronger. Complimentary bedroom slippers would have been nice.

Cost is a bit high for what you get. Valet parking is expensive. Restaurant is as well. Restaurant service was rather unwelcoming.

City hotel. Fairly close to the places we were visiting in Buckhead. Quiet on the weekend. Construction next door was ceased for the weekend.

Having to check out for an early am meeting - was sleeping good. Have stayed here several times and have always been pleased, found something new I liked, and have not once been disappointed. That says a lot!

They are ALWAYS professional and friendly and. go out of the way to be sure we have everything we need - in this case Brandon brought me an Nespresso machine for after dinner coffee so we didn't have to go back out in the pouring rain.

Can't think of anything. I prefer and iron and not a steamer in my room because they spit and I had a silk dress but I can assure you had I asked for an iron at the front desk, they would have found one for me.

Just love the atmosphere - the staff is exceptional and meets all of our needs, adding personal touches that make guests feel special. All about the little things and we make a point of staying here whenever possible.

Parking was expensive; need an area for dogs. No bell hops to help with luggage. Valet offered to hello once out the door but hard part was done.

Elevators and a few spots were very worn out , old and dated . Rooms were cute but stated mini bar in each room and there was not one . Some spots worn out scratched from dogs or long time use.

Clean, smelled nice , great decor , drinks available for free, several restaurants on site, great location for walking to fun things .

Clean, quiet and elegant. Excellent dinner at the Betty. The room was large and very comfortable. Close to restaurants and German Xmas market.

After checking in, we were offered a glass of wine, a choice between red or white. They took our belongings upstairs for us. We did not have to go to the room until we wanted to. Doing this time of the year, the property is beautiful, and the outside dining location downstairs by the receptionist desk, beautifully decorated with the igloos, and the Christmas lights just beautiful. The upstairs rooftop bar was very nice and comfortable with blankets on the outside of the elevator for you to sit outside in the cool, they even had heaters to keep you warm. Experienced sitting at the bar with the amazing Isaac as the bartender! Very sweet guy! The staff Josh and Kenyatta were awesome, awesome host. I plan to go back soon just for Staycation. The restaurant Betty was a nice dining experience as well. Overall just a beautiful location, a gem hidden away in the mist of Buckhead.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location was excellent, very close to every place I wanted to go in Buckhead. The rooftop bar with DJ was wonderful in the evening, with views of the city and delicious snacks and wine. And the room was extremely comfortable and clean.
