I didn't like the fact that when I walked in, I. Saw the dude behind protective glass. It made the whole feel seem unsafe. I didn't like to dimly lit the hallway. I didn't like the pillows in the room. I didn't like the fact that the sink had burned holes that we're all old.

Bed was comfortable. The shower had good water pressure. A little refrigerator in the room. I liked the mirror in the bathroom. He guy was very friendly at the desk. Free parking!!!!!

Not very clean, super loud, we were living at the floor C which is not good, the smell was really bad. There is mold in a shower and bathroom floor. Dust everywhere. We also could hear our neighbors like they were in our room. The Pillows are the worst thing, they need to replace them ASAP!

The staff were helpful special thanks to the guy at the reception, they quickly changed our room after I complained that there was hair on the beds and a yellow stain on the sheets

A lot lot lot of noise. We could hear absolutely everyone one in each rooms and the other persons wasn’t always respectful ( music at 4am, people speaking very loud at 3am ). The room wasn’t vacuum correctly

the price was really attractive. The staff was nice. Access to the metro was easy and quick. They changed our bath towels almost each day.

The parking is very very very limited. On site there are only 4 parking spots. First come first serve. Other than that you have to find parking in the adjacent neighborhood.

The walls were very thin and you could hear the sounds from all the rooms on the floor. Unfortunately, during our stay we had very noisy neighbors and one day we woke up at 3 a.m. because they were playing music very loudly. The elevator was often dirty.

The room was big, clean and overall nice. We got clean towels every day and in the room there were a microwave and a little fridge. In the nearby streets there are restaurants, cafes and mini markets. The hotel is very close (10 minutes walk or 5 minutes by bus) to 2 different subway lines.

Not the worst, but: No iron, so if you want to iron your clothes, you can't. And whatever they sell (drinks, candy bars) you're better off stopping at the store before you get here. I know it's a hotel, but it's a bit pricey.

I like this hotel. I come here from time to time. Usually got some decently priced rooms, and taking the train- getting off at 36th, nice location, lots of food options as you walk a little bit to get here (Chinese food, Spanish food, McDonalds, Domino's, convenience stores). Has TV, no cable but it has YouTube, and if you have accounts, you can also Netflix and Hulu. The wall mounted heater/AC unit DOES NOT smell like burning heated elements like a lot do in other places; I like that the room can get nice and warm without that smell. Nice and comfy overall.

The bathroom door. It's a wooden door that slides like an old closet door in order to close but it leaves a gap and nothing locks it. So, anybody playing a prank or accidentally can just open it. There's no bathroom privacy. They need to put a real door but I doubt they do it cause when I asked the staff they said the entire Hotel is the same door design..🤣

The location takes some getting used to: It's within a block of two bus lines, but about ten minutes from the subway -- and the subway ride to midtown Manhattan takes about half an hour. There's no breakfast at the hotel, so I had to keep a few snacks handy for mornings.

The room was pleasant, clean, fairly spacious, and well-appointed, with high-quality linens, friendly staff and good in-room amenities (including a microfridge). Plenty of excellent & inexpensive dining options are within walking distance of the hotel, as well as two very nice city parks. Location is safe and VERY quiet (especially by NYC standards), in a middle-class immigrant neighborhood.

It was a bit cold in the bathroom because of the bathroom window. It’s on the longer side or commuting to Manhattan but subway is within 10 minutes walking distance.

No glasses for drinking. Poor security - frequently no one at the front desk when you enter the hotel and anybody can take the elevator up to the rooms. Cold wind coming in from the window.
