It was difficult to find in the dark as access to the accommodation was by an unlit alley behind the main house. Host provided excellent photos and instructions for once we had located the studio( which is a converted garage)

Only 5 minutes from the beach Very spacious studio with large fridge freezer and microwave. It was stocked with tea coffee bottled water snacks and breakfast cereal, everything you would need for an overnight stay.

Room was very clean and it is just as pictured. Absolutely amazing and beautiful in there. Was very cool to see a suggestions box in the room. Highly recommend.

It didn’t seem that the linen had been changed. I saw hair and fuzzy on the linen once I opened it.

It is spacious, convenient located, has a lot of amenities and the room was clean.

I'm very picky let's just start there...... I am the type of person that pulls out the bed to check behind it and underneath the bed there was some left behind food that maybe the previous person had left.... I cleaned it up. There was some cobwebs and different areas that weren't the cleanest. The snacks were out of date by months.... A good deep clean is needed. There are lots of lizards outside of this place sunbathing if you're terrified of lizards just a heads up! ..... They seemed friendly! 😂

The location is great! I have family that lives 8 minutes away from the studio it's close to everything! Getting food delivered is a little bit of a hassle. I was able to use the laundry facility. The lady who manages the studio is absolutely amazing she answers the phone every time! The bed is beyond comfortable! The setup of the room was perfect for us we were very happy with the stay here. We were able to use my Netflix account to watch movies, there was plenty of towels, there was plenty of pillows, everything you need is in this room, along with sunscreen! The good outweighs the bad by far and for the price I couldn't be happier! Also there was everything you need to cook or eat... There's coffee for the coffee maker ect... And I also called Erin multiple times for little things and every time she was more than happy to help me....

Quiet neighborhood. Easy check-in. Spacious room with a great bed! Nice pillows and linens. And did I mention how comfy the bed was?!! Room lighting was good with plenty of lighting options.

Hands down there was nothing I didn't like

The host Erin is very down to earth and understandable. Helpful and easy to deal with. And her property is the best very clean and comfortable and cozy and has everything needed for a complete comfortable stay! I recommend Erin's place 10 out-of 10 anyday. Im always trying to go back there and rebook its awesome 👌

As someone who likes to watch live news and sports, I would suggest that be provided with the TV..

I' liked the setup and the appointments.. It was extremely spacious and very well equipped. Had private entrance in a private location .
