Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We had to move due to power failure.
We were only there for a few hours, as the hotel experienced a power failure due to high winds. Since we already had reservations, we were moved to the Wingate, a few minutes away. It was a complementary upgrade. The Super 8 staff were very helpful during this transition.

The staff was in the middle of a shift change when we arrived, and instead of taking three minutes to check us in, they made us wait. That was slightly annoying. But it wasn't the worst thing to experience. Overall, things were good.
The room was as expected. Clean and comfortable enough.

The clothes dryer out of order. The furnishings were very retro, from the 60's maybe. I can say the place was clean but in a time warp. The people were alright not really outward friendly but nice. The tv remote did not work could only get one channel on the TV. I am a Wyndham rewards member I don't believe I even received rewards points for staying there. Breakfast was a juice box, muffin and a fruit cup sitting on the check in/out counter. I just figured there would not be any at all, so I guess that was a good attempt. Not sure about the neighborhood, I was seeing homeless people across the street.
The price was so, so.

When I've previously stayed in a Super 8 (a decade ago) it had a pretty good breakfast. That was missing. Also, the sink faucet was difficult to work. And the parking lot entrance from US66 eastbound was unclear.

It says comtinental breakfast on the website, but it was grab and go.I would not book it if I knew this because we needed a good breakfast beforw a long jurney. We did not have TV in the room.The coffee maker was broken. There were people sleeping in the tents outside the hotel so we were worried about the car.
I liked the comfy beds.

Breakfast was a crappy muffin in a package, tiny and a tiny juice! Super 8 could do better than that! Stains all on the floors. Wasn’t worth the $70 I paid

Breakfast was actually just a fruit pot, which was fine but we’d thought it would be a bit more (travelling with young kids it’s good to know these things in advance).
Good location and price for a quick stop on our road trip. Nothing fancy but it was clean and staff were nice.

Toilet ran all night—every 10-15 minutes. If anyone used a shower in an adjoining bathroom, it was very noticeable.

If you want a safe spot to stay for the night, close to the highway, with reasonable comfort, and interior room door access, at a reasonable rate, this hotel works just fine. Although, the staff is barely helpful, the breakfast a joke, and the entire property in need of updating!

You could hear everything. People talking, it’s 3:00 am and people were having full conversations.
This property is located not to far from I-40. Easy to jump back on the road in the morning.

We took what seemed reasonable to spend one night. Disappointment with the standard of the room - the curtains were secured by silver tape, the air conditioning emitted a strong stench when turned on to heating mode, the beds were not comfortable and the hotel's glory days were long behind it. Breakfast is a small juice and a muffin Stay overnight if you must :-)

Just seemed run down. I couldn’t understand why they put us on the third floor since we had a dog with us. I thought away from others and first floor was the standard. Breakfast was juice boxes and muffins on a counter with no staff. Not the Super 8 of yesteryear.

The breakfast was a little disappointing as it was really just muffins and the coffee lids didn’t even fit the cups they were going on so we couldn’t bring any with us in our cars.
It was cleaner than expected. I liked the microwave and mini fridge as well as having shampoo and conditioner. I didn’t expect those things to be there.
