The beds were not very comfortable and the linens were very rough. Even our 8 year old complained about the discomfort of the sheets.

Great amenities on site. The unit was spacious and gave us enough space for everyone.

There was an issue with my reservation. The third party sent my reservation to the property manager that was out on vacation so my reservation wasn’t received. The supervisor at the front desk made a few calls to verify and confirm the reservation. She went out of her way to help clean up Someone else’s mistake. She was the true definition of excellent customer service.

The woman/employee at the "pick up your parking pass and tries to get you to schedule a timeshare tour" counter got pissed off because I refused to take it. I told her NO a couple of times but she was getting ugly with me! I had to literally get rude after she kept trying to push me to do it. I had to lean over and firmly tell her "I do NOT want to take a timeshare tour. Give me my parking pass!" This was a puke way to start my time at this property. That was the only bad thing. Everything else was great.

This is a big one... nowhere on the website does it say it is a timeshare. We were hounded with aggressive phone calls prior to arrival, upon arrival we were again bombarded to sit down and discuss sales, and throughout our stay we received calls.

The initial reception was friendly, warm, personable.

There were too many bugs hanging in the corridors of the condos, some of the kids were loud and rough and it seemed like they wouldnt go home to atleast let the adults have a moment of peace for the last hour at the townes pool. I am not fond of seeing children, even toddlers in the hot tub turning it into another pool. It would be fine if they sat for a few minutes then got out, but they come in, jumping in and splashing around, talking loudly and ruining what is supposed to be a relaxing moment. However on that note of the hottub it did feel really nice, and on my last night there i had the whole pool and hottub all to myself, so it made up for the trouble i experienced earlier in the week. Lol. Also i hope that should we return in the fall that they would have the indoor aquatic facility up and running.

I really like the pool and mini golf option. My kids loved the pools in townes and the play ground at the front entrance of the property. We were close busch gardens and restaurants and the community seem like a home away from home. I had a very nice jacuzzi tub in my bathroom and the shower oh my goodness the best water pressure ever. Like it was truly a spa bathroom and I was not even expecting one. The whole community was lovely and i hope to return one day. Oh and my bed was sooo comfy i had to pull back the sheets to see what brand it was as im in the market for a new bed. All in all it was an amazing trip.

The inside pool was not available. The inside pool was one of the deciding factors when we chose this particular resort as the weather is so hot. That was a major disappointment.

The location was key for us. Everything we needed was nearby. The resort was awesome, we really could have stayed in at the property and still been satisfied.

We did not have breakfast. Please have someone to check all smoke alarms before each guest. We had to listen to the chirp the first night stay.

Nothing major. There was no vacuum ,only broom ( which isn't the best for carpet). And there was an old gummy bear on the floor when we first arrived.

I called the front desk ,who then transferred me to maintenance,due to our master bath having a loose doorknob and the stackable dryer having a broken filter. Both ladies I spoke to were wonderful! The maintenance employee came to fix our issues, within minutes! Very satisfied

I loved every aspect of this vacation. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The activities were awesome, there were so many fun options to choose se from. It was PERFECT!!!
