The facility needs some updating. In our room, there was no sugar or creamer for the coffee and there were no tissues. When my husband went down to ask for some, they said they were out of those items. When he asked where the ice was, the person at the counter just pointed. That seemed rather rude. Also, the pool was not available.

The location was close to restaurants and stores. The setting was nice. The room itself was spacious.

Not very clean, AC was not working, Our room was not cleaned any of the 3 nights we spent even we asked for it, Ice machine in the 4th floor was not working Monday all the hotel was smelling like paint 🤢 There was not toilet paper in the room.

I was a little disappointed that the water in the shower was never even warm over the course of the three days. The sink water would run hot, so I just cleaned up in the sink. A hot shower would have been nice and frankly I think is expected. Room 301.

Outside and inside hotel smelled like weed. Pool had dirt in the bottom of it. Random hairs in the shower. Bathroom floors were dirty. Beds/bedding were cleaning. Guest LIVE in this hotel and make themselves right at home by living trash in hallways, elevators, pool area ect. And letting their kids run wild through the halls. Seen multiple drug deals in the parking lot during our ONE night stay.

Good location, my kids enjoyed the pool. Cheap price.

No one working the front seat in the morning who can print out a receipt for your stay. Could use some bleach when washing towels.

It’s a good basic place to stay on a budget. Rooms are big.

There was black mold in the showers. A very small amount for a hotel but there was still black mold.

It was kind of sketchy. We walked into a room with a busted TV and what looked like knife marks in the curtains. Weird stains on our walls and stuff falling off the walls (the towel holder in the bathroom to name one). The staff was nice and made sure we knew we weren't getting charged for a TV we didn't break. I'm hoping it was just because it's under renovation. I will try it again once it's finished being renovated.

The pool was closed and didn't have sheets for the pull out couch. Went to the front desk to get some and they gave me a flat sheet that wasn't big enough for the bed but it worked.

When I arrived to the hotel at 11pm, I was told by the receptionist that my booking was cancelled due to unavailability. I didn't know what to do since it was late at night. Then the receptionist was able to give me a room. I called the receptionist after checking out and informed them that I forgot my necklace on the bed to keep it for me. When I arrived back to the hotel, the receptionist said they couldn't find it. And there were inconsistency on what the receptionist and the housekeeping were saying. The receptionist said they have cameras in the room, which was not true and illegal to have cameras in the rooms!

They did not have any fitted sheets available for the pull out bed. When booking it said they had breakfast but it was not available when we checked in.

We liked the transitional bed/couch and the small wall between the spaces for the family aspect. It was close to stores.

Room had a strong smoke odor. Television didn't work. No hot water for shower on first nights, worked fine second night.

Good coffee and staff was exceptionally friendly and polite.
