Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Bed was not comfortable. It was on the hard side and had little padding over the springs. We could easily hear road noise from the street.

The property was very clean and well managed. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There were few amenities and updates, but the property was excellently maintained. The pool was nice. It was quiet, and I would absolutely stay here again. A great value.

The pillows weren't great
The owners of this property are very nice and accommodating! This older hotel was well kept and was a great choice for our stay in Hot Springs, within walking distance to Oaklawn Races.

Hotel is old and dated but clean. Worked for what we needed.

The room was a standard queen and wasn't as nice as the king room that I had at a previous stay. The room was large, but the bathroom was small. I felt like the room was overpriced for the location and condition, but I knew I would pay more during race season.
Location was great. I was walking distance to the horse track and casino (.6miles) and (.3miles to a wafflehouse). Less than 2 miles to downtown

The only thing that I could say is that the pool is out of order.
Kings Inn is a very modest hotel. No breakfast or fancy frills.; however it is very clean, safe & comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It is in a great location. 10 minutes or less to magic springs, casino, go carts/mini golf/ laser tag, downtown, Walmart, Kroger. Lots of entertainment & restaurants nearby.

Pool was out of service. This hotel had one was part of our choice to stay here. Mattress was extremely firm for our liking, so we didn't sleep that great.
Ease of check in. Price was great. Friendly staff. Location close to attractions. Quiet. Seemed well secured.

I always travel with my own bed sheets, and towels, for this reason. The bed was made up nice, but the top sheet was covered in stains, and the few pillows had hair from a previous person that stayed. There were also some stains throughout the chairs in the room, so I used my towels to sit on. The pool was also not working, it was green and well, needs some love.
I liked the location and the staff was pleasant and kind. I also liked the location, the size of the room, and that it had a coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator. The lobby had suggestions of things to do and the room was provided with a map of Hot Springs and a magazine to browse through for other suggestions which were quite helpful. I would stay here again if I am traveling on a budget or just passing through.

The pool was closed and nasty looking. I'm tired of these motels closing their pools supposedly due to covid just so they can save a little money and time. If you are so worried then your staff should be wearing masks. Temperature was 100 and would have been nice to come to nice pool after a day out on the town.
Older motel but has been kept up for its age pretty good. Very clean and I slept well on the bed. Staff was very nice.
