Dark halls, thin walls in old section, limited parking..should have upgraded

The hotel, rooms, and grounds are well-maintained. The staff were cheerful and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent and had the option of eating outside with a view of one of the pools and garden. Our room was close to the reception desk, our car, a pool, a two hiking areas. The location was perfect. Right off the main road and within a short distance to the main retail and restaurant businesses and roundabouts to key exists. The hotel was extremely pet-friendly. The reception office had water and dog cookies near the desk (paws up!) and a excellent pet exercise area.

The location was convenient to walk to uptown Sedona. Pool and spa were very nice. Breakfast was excellent. Hiking trail close by.

Traffic terrible so hard to get out of lot at certain times. Carpet in room dated and old looking.

We were given a ground floor room facing the front parking lot and back parking lot with those being our only view of anything and the people above us were loud and could hear them walking and moving things around every early am and late night. It sounded like banging. As much as the hotel cost a night and it being a deluxe room, it was disappoint just from a lack of view standpoint and the noise above us.

The complimentary breakfast was good every morning. Parking worked out well close to our designated room assignment. Pool and hot tub were nice, room was comfortable.

No elevator or ramp to second floor, made it hard for my mom to carry luggage. The tub needs to be redone and replaced, drains need to be cleaned as they were a little backed up.

Upkept and well maintained property, beautiful exterior grounds and super clean, making it spa like and so relaxing. Hotel had so much to offer and felt there was always something to do. Breakfast was amazing as well

There was only one chair in the room. We called the front desk and Heather was very helpful in getting us another chair. On the day we checked out, the bell hop never showed up to help with the luggage. I would have liked it much better had their been an elevator.

No elevator. I traveled with someone who has some issues and I was not aware there wasn't an elevator and our room was on the 2nd floor. The front desk offerred a room on the first floor only after I complained and we had already unpacked. They should have offered the first floor room when we requested luggage assistance since we couldn't carry the bags up 2 flights of stairs. Also, no rubber mat in the tub, nor floor mat for when you step out of the shower. They were provided to us after we asked for them.

Comfortable beds. Great restaurant on premises with excellent food and drinks. Great full breakfast included with many choices and the best coffee! Coffee and fresh water available in the lobby area 24/7!

Need a water fill up station closer to the rooms/pool. The restaurant attached to the hotel was expensive and just ok.

The hotel was beautiful and the grounds were very well maintained. The pool was very nice. Breakfast was great. The view from the room balcony was beautiful. The hotel made you feel like you were at a nice resort.
