Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The lady who checked me in put an extra hold on my credit card and when I went to ask about it she became rude despite me simply asking why I had multiple charges for the hotel showing up on my card and simply asking questions.
Clean rooms friendly staff for the most part, the lady when checking in was a little rude however the gentleman working that night was great.

EXTREMELY RUDE MALE that checked us in during evening hours acted as though doing his job and tending to us instead of playing on his computer was a HUGE INCONVENIENCE and became extremely agitated when we asked for a ground level room due to our 80yr old father who was with us, to the point that he THREW the room key across his desk and rolled his eyes. The room itself was fair, clean enough , and for the price , it was what you would expect. We just needed a place to sleep, so for that reason, it was ok, just have a very hard time with miserable, unfriendly RUDE staff. If you hate your job and people that much, FIND ANOTHER CAREER !!!

The room smelled of dogs. There were 4 electrical plugs in one socket. A dangerous object stuck out from the mattress - 1st bed on entering. The front desk person was not too excited about his job; more interested in the dog on his lap. The breakfast did not open until 7am and we like to be on the road by then.
Close to the highway. Breakfast was adequate. The morning person in the office was pleasant.

Service was rude and the wifi service was not at all couldn't even long on
It was a nice room and was very. Quit but at 5 am there was nothing open even though it was located. In a good spot and we were never bothered

Free breakfast was minimal. Two small coffee thermoses, hot meal consisted of small waffle maker only on weekends. All electrical outlets for charging cell phones, or other devices were so worn that plugs would fall out of the wall outlets. Only one outlet out of six would actually charge devices.

floors were stained and required shoes after shower to prevent dirty feet, smelled like weed in the room upon entering, and had no idea of the $20 pet charge until after checkout (booked on booking.com)

The breakfast options could be a little better in my opinion, it's more of a grab and go BUT for the price, you can get Hardees right next door for breakfast.
Location was easy to access, staff was courteous and relaxed. The price point would have us stay there again.

The linens in the bathroom wasn't the cleanest and the tub was kind of dirty. The pillows were not very comfortable.
Loved the price and the room was nice and pretty clean. The towels and wash clothes were not the cleanest I have seen and wasn't very happy about that issue. The outside was clean and the comfort level was good.

I paid more for the room that included breakfast but the breakfast was lacking. There was oatmeal and some twinkies along with coffee and cereal. The toilet in our room did not work well and the shower was cold. There were fruit flies everywhere in the room. Was a little expensive for what it was.
The staff was friendly, the office was festive and welcoming, the staff were efficient. The bed was comfortable enough and the room seemed clean.
