my room wasn’t really cleaned items under beds beds was slight messy, it was only one towel in the room and 4 wash cloths.. ask housekeeper for items to keep the room less messy like trash bag a broom anything I didn’t receive. first two days of my stay people in and out checking for bedbugs with a dog with my one year old is allergic the second day they came back checking for more bugs..

Location and room were great. Did not expect to pay extra for parking and use fees. Should have been a notice of extra fees when I booked the room. That was another expense I did not expect.

The bathroom in the master room could've been nicer. There was hair in the bathroom and the tub looked dirty and old. Never could find the inside pool. I feel like we got one of the old outdated buildings. They did have spas but it was very over priced. I booked on the booking.com website, they gave me one price but was charged much more once we got there. Come to find out they charge you for parking each day, breakfast, and more. I probably wouldn't book here anymore.

The condo was very spacious. The king size bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was updated and had everything we needed. The ocean views was nice. The livingroom and both bedrooms had balconys. Everything was six minutes away, didn't have to drive far at all. The beach was very relaxing and quiet, wasn't packed at all.

I didn't like the lightning around because with so many roads and things, you can barely see where you're going and where you're trying to get to. It was cluttered with barely no parking

The cable in the master bedroom had parental controls on and maintenance couldn’t remove it so I was not able to enjoy my time in my room as planned. The bedrooms need a good cleaning.

I didn’t like any of the staff. I called twice before to confirm some things and everyone sounded like they were “forced” to help me and when I went to check in and asked for simple directions to the lodge(I’m not from here) the lady drew a line on the map(not helpful) and sent us on our way. None of the front desk people were helpful.

I loved the location and the privacy of the location.

The first condo that was given at south Hampton 803 needs to be updated. The couch was dirty & dingy, I was scared to sit down anywhere in there. I was so disappointed that I called to request to move to another.

The second condo was updated and perfect. It was home away from home very comfortable. (South Hampton 205)
