I think something they could’ve mentioned is that you have to pay for WIFI.

Everything was amazing, the room was really clean and the it was very spacious. The location was very good if you are going to the parks.

The only negative thing is that the Wifi is payable.

Very nice resort with spacious apartment. We were there with four kids, they enjoyed the pool very much, which is open till late evening. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. Check-in was easy and fast, staff were really nice. The resort is really close - ca. 8 min driving - to the Seaworld and also ca 1 hour driving to the Kennedy Space Center.

The washer did not work great, when on rinsing cycle it was always bangigng on the side even though we tried spacing the clothes.

If you don’t buy their WiFi, you cannot connect your devices or log in into Netflix and other apps in their TVs.

We were a little turned off about how hard they push for you to hear about their timeshares. Several phone calls and texts. We were not interested in purchasing one.

The pools and spas were very nice. The property was beautiful. Our room was a perfect size for 3.

The water pipes in the bathroom- they did wake me up as they rattled a bit inside the wall when floors above use their water. This was the older building I stayed in. The maintenance was very professional and said he would handle it/repair it (after my check out) They were prompt. Security guard was present and very professional. I will most likely be back.👍

Professionalism of staff being able to meet my needs being disabled. Security and maintenance helped me with my mobility scooter- I was very grateful. Accessible sidewalks helped to get around. Room was spacious and updated. Nice pool in a quiet area. Wifi is NOT included, it's a separate charge however I used the data in my phone to communicate.

There is not very much to complain about, free breakfast would have been amazing if provided, however with all of the other amenities provided in room alone, one cannot complain about not having free breakfast. The Wi-Fi was at a charge, I was not aware that Wi-Fi was ever a separate charge, first place I've stayed at that charged for Wi-Fi access.

The room was very spacious, accommodated 4 adults and 3 children ranging in ages of 1-15. We enjoyed the 2 bathrooms and fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer in room. It had everything to give a home away from home feeling. The front desk was always available and always friendly to accommodate any requests. If we had more time we would have happily explored more of the property like the gym and the pool, we only stayed 3 nights, but it is one of our best hotel stays.

The Suite with a separate bedroom was really large. Great to have a balcony to keep door opened with no AC or heat. And all appliances to cook at the place. Great mini pool for young kids.

Great place, very clean and spacious. The pool was warm (we went in December) and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Parking is close to our room and everything worked well in the apartment. I would return and stay here next time I am visiting, not a bad word to say.

Ants - we were visited by a family of ants!

Great location - nice and quiet yet really close to Disney, the restaurants of International Drive and Vineland Premium Outlets, clean and comfortable. Almost opposite Sickies (a great burger/sports bar) with great food offers throughout the day. And opposite Dominos when you just can’t be bothered!

There were certain areas in the hotel that had pieces of glass on the floor around the kitchen area and the dining area. The toilet had mold build up at the holes where the water comes out. But other than that everything was great.

The property was clean great up to date furniture and the kitchen was very useful for my family.

Quiet, lots of parking, very clean, park like setting, close to grocery store, gas stations, restaurants, fast food, Target and high end designer mall. Minutes from Disney, Downtown Orlando, Universal and down the street from Sea World. My one bedroom corner suite had everything and lots of room. Loved my week stay!
