Loved the common areas — felt like I was at home. So cozy and inviting with a beautiful open concept area with large kitchen island, dining table, lounge, fireplace, TV, great selection of tea/coffee. Beautifully appointed and the rooms were incredible luxurious and cozy too. I can’t wait to come back!

The staff was friendly enough but the valet seemed unreasonably irritated with us at times. The manager seemed frustrated that we had trouble with the digital check in. A makeup mirror in the bathroom would have been nice.

The facilities and room was beautiful. The shared kitchen area was a treat! There were very few people on our floor so we felt we had the whole area to ourselves.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kinn Guesthouse in Milwaukee, WI with my husband and daughter, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we stepped into our room, we were impressed by the beautiful and immaculately clean accommodations. The common areas, including the kitchen, dining, and living room spaces, were simply phenomenal. They boasted a stunning modern design with technological features that made cooking and dining feel like a dream. The laundry facilities were a great convenience, allowing us to ensure all our clothing was clean before heading back home. Despite the staff being rarely seen physically, they seemed to work like magic behind the scenes, ensuring that the facilities were spotless and providing thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, and breakfast items readily accessible in the kitchen. I particularly appreciated the efforts of the staff in maintaining cleanliness, especially in the kitchen areas where some guests were not as considerate. The staff's diligence in ensuring these spaces remained clean for the enjoyment of all guests did not go unnoticed. To anyone considering a visit to Milwaukee, I highly recommend Kinn Guesthouse. It truly is a wonderful establishment, and I can assure you that I will be making it my accommodation of choice on my next trip back to the city

Nothing! It is such a cool place! A lot of thought was put into it.

It is decorated beautifully in a midcentury modern art deco style. Nespresso was available in the common kitchen area which was a very pleasant surprise! It was very clean, quiet, and conveniently located. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the Public Market Market. There is open parking available right across the street.

Really nice concept. Having the living room, dining room, and kitchen area on second floor was really nice for extra space. The nespresso and light snacks were very nice too. The tall ceilings and modern decorations in the room were very nice. Huge bathroom. They also held our bags for us after check out before our train to Chicago. Staff was helpful and pleasant.

Shops near by did mot stay open past 4/5pm. Had to walk a very long distance for water and snacks.

We realized the weighted door didn't completely close on its own and we had to make sure to pull it closed. Half of the rope light on the ledge above the bed flickered and went out. Also, no fan/exhaust in the bathroom so that has the potential to be...unfortunate. They did include PooPourri which was at least fun to try lol. None of these things made the stay bad by any means.

Great location, great facilities, and friendly staff welcomed us at the valet stand upon arrival. The decor was fantastic and we loved the high ceilings. The common room on the second floor was a cool perk as well, and we loved the restaurant in the lobby for breakfast.

I absolutely love the concept of shared public spaces. Met a few great people in the kitchen! I do think that travelers without manners may be difficult to manage. People we did not know left dirty dishes out, crumbs on surfaces and TVs on. Kind of annoying for the property owners and other respectful travelers! Will will absolutely be back because we want this concept to work!

The street was busy and a little wild on Saturday night which made getting in with the keypad a little uncomfortable. But it was dark and rainy, so some of that was my fault.

Wonderful common areas with coffee, tea, and even unexpected pastries in the morning. Everything was very digital ... no keys. Love the high ceilings. Great shower/bathroom.
