First time booking a virtual hotel. Did the booking in a hurry trying to get on the road to make it in time for an emergency surgery mom was having. Did not see emails or text about check in. Called phone listed only got voice mail saying to expect a call back that I never got. Once I did arrive had a hard time at 5pm trying to find staff to help me with check in was very difficult. Once a guyvshowed up he was very rude. The mattress in my room was worn and uncomfortable. Left a day early no one around to get a refund or anything.

The security guard was really nice, and the woman was on check-in. The front door required a code to get in, which made since since people use it for long-term housing. So it was secure.

I have stayed in the area before at other hotels and was never happy. This hotel has nice size rooms, comfy beds and bedding, wi-fi, updated furniture and decor. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The building is secured after a certain time which gives you that extra sense of security. It does help also that it is very affordable I'm this economy.

No staff and u could not get towels or anything else. This wasn't a total. It was an apartment building. We were supposed to have a queen sized bed, and all we have is a fault.

If I had to nit pick the internet on the 3ed floor is alittle spotty sometimes but over all its a wonderful place to stay !!

The manager was very nice,there is a small swing set and a grass area that my daughter enjoyed ! The room we are in is very clean and has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable.i will definitely stay here again.the best thing is how kid friendly kiteville is .

There were sketchy people hanging around the grounds, they took pets which we were not expecting. Law-enforcement was called and was on the property for a while, they were a lot of broken down vehicles in the parking lot, vehicles with a lot of dents and broken parts on them, sketchy people hanging around outdoors that looked homeless, it just didn’t look safe from the looks of the parking lot. The room was very dirty and we had to go buy supplies to clean it. We had a hard time finding staff to get things for us. My friend and I had a joining Rooms and both of us were out of different things. We had to pay a cleaning fee, but the room was not cleaned. There was trash on the floor. There was trash inside the shower, there was trash on the floor. The countertops everywhere were dirty and sticky, and there was no deadbolt on the door. Anybody could use the credit card to open the doors. The doors do have locks on them, but they are just regular. They are not deadbolts. We did not advertise this through Booking.com, Airbnb, and any other website that allows them to advertise. Anybody could walk up to the room and run it for a day or a few hours. We were surrounded by very shady people. The first night we were scared to go to sleep. We only stay the second night because Booking.com makes it very clear on the website. They won’t give any refunds and we didn’t want to spend more money trying to find a place.. we prayed a lot, and God kept us!

The only good thing I can say is that the beds were comfortable, even though we didn’t sleep or pull back any covers we slept on top of everything and use our own covers and pillows

Pool could be open and they could have a fenced in dog-run on this property out back around the playground or something.

No breakfast but think eventually it would definitely be a great addition to this place 🙃 cuz breakfast is the best!!!

I paid 50 extra for cleaning but you literally have to go get ur own towels and toilet paper there was never a house keeper asking if u need anything and ur not allowed visitors in ur room any time of the day
