Only one towel and one washcloth for 2 guests , and they were THIN! There was no floor mat towel either. There was no shampoo or conditioner either.

Nothing that I can think of. Other than the people staying in the room beside us were up ALL NIGHT AND VERY EARLY in the morning and making noises.

The convenient location and the price of the room. The room was very clean and the bed was VERY COMFORTABLE. These 3 things are the MOST IMPORTANT to me when I stay somewhere when traveling. Location, Cleanliness, and Comfort. The staff was very nice as well during check-in and check-out. I definitely would recommend this Red Roof Inn.

This was a basic motel. It had beds and bathroom facilities. No pet fee was nice.

When we arrived there was holes in the wall and door, , we only got two towels for a family of 4 no ice machines, our keys didn't work to get in most of the time had to get a new one, seemed like any vending machine just didn't work. We were told there was a 50$ cash deposit , he didn't have change so I had to pay 60. Hoping I get it back on my card as they said. expected more of a red roof inn but eh it was ok could've been cheaper.

The looks of the outside are scary. If it weren't for my daughter, I would have went somewhere else. At first the employee had an attitude. You have to go to the office to get ice.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. I think once they have completed the renovations it will be much better.

Had to go out and buy a towel cause they provided two large towels, one small towel and one face cloth. Had to chase down the owner without success even though there were three of us. Smoke detector broken which chirped constantly, broken bathroom door handle and toilet paper holder, no heat in the bathroom, freezer frosted up, phoned customer service and they phoned the owner and she lied about everything. I’ve stayed at Red Roof for years and I’m done. It wasn’t worth my money. I was given the impression that the staff are not happy and they have an insufficient amount of towels for the guests. Lastly, after telling the owner and house keeping not to bother coming into my room to do anything, we came back after the day finding out that they had entered our room without permission after being told not to. You need to deal with this woman who runs a terrible business. I’m sorry I wasted my money and I’ll be looking elsewhere next time.

The first night we were there we had to ask for towels and washcloths as there were none in the room. The second day the maids didn’t really clean the room and only left 1 towels and 1 washcloth. The only thing they did was make the bed. The room was very small and cold. The heat didn’t work very well after it was on for a little while. There was no garbage cans in the room either. We used grocery bags to throw trash away.

I can't recommend this hotel for any reason. The driveway was almost impossible to find, the desk clerk when we checked in was unprofessional, and on top of that they charged us for the broken remote in our room (which either they or whoever actually broke it had tried to fix with duct tape - we didn't even have any duct tape with us) under the guise of a "damage" deposit that they never returned to us, even though I turned in the broken remote almost as soon as I saw it.

Staff speaking English. Remote didn't work. Staff walked in my room. Without notice. No do not disturb signs. Hated every moment of it. No towels. Barking dog right next to me. Pop machine didn't work. Air conditioning didn't work

It was near the train tracks, heard the train whistle all night. Had to pay an extra $50 “refundable” deposit upon arrival. Not been refunded. No breakfast.
