TV would have been nice - but I did not spend much time in my room. Considering this Motel has a pool - it is rather strange there would not be television as well.

Was staying in Hadley/Amherst MA area for a wedding. Hotels I normally stay at were all booked due to college graduation weekend and any available rooms were priced way above normal prices. Knights Inn was located close by and price was very low compared to anything else in town. Knights Inn is a typical Motor Lodge style, no frills, motel. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable but not overly so. Staff (owners?) were very nice. Internet is provided - but no working Television which could be a problem for some travelers.

The toilet didn’t flush and ran all night. No coffee, no breakfast, no drinking water, no screens on the window. Musty smells, needs a major update. Lots of weed smell everywhere. Parking lot lights out and smashed. Came for college parents weekend, so had to pay extra for last available room on bookings.🤨

The door that leads to all the double rooms (non-smoking) could use an extra wipe. With COVID-19 still around, it was a big turn off! The cleaning crew could easily use one wet wipe to wipe off the dirt marks on the hall way door. The lobby area was very messy with paper documents stacked up everywhere.

The rooms were clean and we received room service (fresh towels) every day while we were out. I wish there is a sign for us to indicate that we don't need room service.

Grumpy admissions clerk. The room smell so bad. We had to open all windows and door for a few minutes everytime we came back to the room.

I didnt like the fact that I couldn't take a bath and the pillows sucked they were flat and by the end of our stay my daughter left with a stiff neck.

It was not very clean and cozy. Our first room was extremely hot and the window looked right into a car shop. So no privacy. And there were dead bugs in the corner of the room.

The hotel is a run down building with zero mainetenance, used because it was an emergency, will not do it again, it is deary and cleanniless, towels and bed sheets stained. Deteriorated.

Very bad value for money. Extremely expensive. Should have been $50 to $60 per day. No room service, no tuck shop, etc. Just a roadside Motel. I paid $135 per night. Waay too expensive. Internet practically NON EXISTENT.

There was no wifi connection in the furthest room and I had a terrible time waiting for slow internet provided by a mobile hotspot. There are three lamps inside the room but it was still dark at night. It has a carpeted floor that makes me feel less clean than wooden floors.

The owners were very kind. They asked if I needed clean towels every other day in the morning and provided some free black-and-white prints when I asked for a few times. There is a self-op laundry store in a very close location. It had a refrigerator and a microwave oven inside the room.

Old and run down. $130/night? Really!? I expecting a Hilton, but at least a place with some upkeep and some sense of hospitality. Not even a cup of coffee.

My room was broken into and my belongings were ransacked and items where stolen, police were called and front desk clerk blamed me and had me removed from property
