I booked two rooms - instead, the receptionist wanted to give me one room WITHOUT a key (staff would have had to open every time). I had to show my reservation to prove I had paid for two rooms and then got a queen instead of the booked king

I was going to rebook it on Booking.com but I changed my mind about staying. They charged my card without me knowing for a deposit when I didn't even confirm the booking. Now I have to wait 16 days for a deposit that should have never been taken from my card. They charge extra fees even if the price on booking says otherwise. Stay at your own risk.

There was nothing I really liked about it. It was last minute so I had to just deal with it. We changed rooms twice the heat did not work in any of them and no one came to fix it like we were told they were. We asked for non smoking and go a smoking room. This was a bad choice!!!

The linens were stained. The room has a bad lingering oder for a non smoking room. There was graffiti on the door and mirror. It was just very outdated and the service was uninviting.

The size of the room was reasonable for a single person with a king bed.

The overall room was filthy. There were stains on every surface; walls, floor, and even the bed. The sink was held together by caulk and hope. The water tasted like a moldy hose and nearly made me vomit while brushing my teeth. There was exposed electrical wiring. The only lock on the door that worked was the deadbolt. The additional safety lock was gone. The TV remote was missing; all that was there was the battery cover.

Barely anything, honestly. It's close to the airport, so I'll give them that. It's also far enough from the main road that noise from traffic isn't too much of an issue (although the other noise is dependent on the other guests).

The bathtub wasn't clean. The room looked outdated and unclean. The top blanket had burns in it. Also, there was issues with the internet and loud guest in parking lot. The room had a loud washer and dryer running right next door.
