The AC is loud // I cannot turn on otherwise I cannot sleep . The shower no curtain . And the blanket is itchy . Luckily I bring my own blanket.

The room smelled like smoke and the towels and bedding were stained. There was a big dip and soft spot in the middle of the floor that felt like a pothole.

The desk chair in my room has a huge stain. The staff gave me a new room. It seemed clean.

Booked this room because it claimed to be pet friendly online, when we arrived was informed that applied to dogs only. It should state that beforehand. Let us stay anyway, for a $10 fee. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Could use more comfortable pillows and stronger WiFi service. Very weak WiFi connection that frequently doesn’t work (have stayed multiple times).

Kind of run down looking. But that’s expected compared to location and price compared to other places.

First thing I noticed was how unprofessional the front desk person looked. Low cut, kind of worn tank top and concert worthy jeans HOWEVER she was very friendly and EXTREMELY helpful. Not to mention she did a great job handling about 6 or 7 customers at 12:30am. As for the room I was pleasantly surprised how clean and pleasant it was. Only issue was with the AC. It was ice cold (which can be a good thing) and the knob was broken so turning it down didn’t do much. Plus I bumped into the headboard (wall really) while sitting on the bed and the rather large (and heavy) picture fell down on the pillow. That would have been a MAJOR problem had it happened during the night while sleeping.

The heater stopped working - weather was chilly so wanted some heat but had a chilly night in the room - and the floor needed mopping because our socks got very dirty on the vinyl flooring- no carpeting in the room

Convenient to the highway and had a quiet night with no noisy people around- was glad to have a comfortable bed to sleep in and shower was nice.

Well I went to hang out with a boyfriend that evening when returning back late from my hangout my boyfriend and I walked into our hotel room and a stranger man was In my room. He went through all of my belongings he had my room destroyed. He vomited over a lot of things in my room and when going up to tell the staff on duty that late evening she was helpful for the most part we was in shock to all of us. The man had my sweater on. My boyfriend’s socks on his dirty ones were on the floor. All of my drawers were opened and ran through he went through my shoes. The man was definitely scary. That was the most scariest thing I have ever encountered. He said he got the key from the desk. The lady at the desk showed us that was not the truth. The police was called and he went to jail with a felony that night. I have no sorrow for this sorry man. I had to go through all of my things and get everything I had in my possession back in order the next day that I had other plans for. I was tired. I was hungry. A laundry lady did come and ask could she help she was the sweetest person ever! Did not get her name.as we were packing and cleaning. The owner would not get up and come to the emergency event that took place. He took hours to get there the next day. To just ask my card I used to issue us back the days we are Not staying anymore. Which I believe we should have got reimbursed for the entire week I payed I was there for 2 days and was totally taken out of my lifestyle , or comfort zone with what took place at his place of business. But to wonder : when I went to pay my weekly. After two days of observation and I didn’t see anything because I work all day. Monday to Friday so I really Just come to sleep. I was told that my room need inspected every Friday! I didn’t like that at all when I said something to the owner or the owners son the young man. He just kept his chin up and was demeaned about it. Okay well we allowed it. I signed the paper to agree.

I liked Larry he was VERY RESPECTFUL ! And had great customer service skills!

Missing a rack to hang clothes.

We have stayed here many times in the past but were still pleasantly surprised by the upgrades. We stayed in Room 203 which had a new floor, remodeled walk in shower and new beds. The only thing missing was a rack to hang clothes. We will definitely stay here again.
