We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

We did not have any breakfast. Our room window faced a pillar so view is not applicable. The location is convenient. Parking was plenty. It was a good value stay.

Fine place for the price and a place to stay for a fishing trip. Newport is great. This hotel is being cleaned up and has a way to go in terms of the halls and stairways, but they're working on it. Room was fine.

United States of AmericaFor the price, if I’m paying over $100 for a room, put more than two pillows on the king-size bed. The bed was very uncomfortable. My partner and I rolled into the middle of it because it was a very lumpy saggy old mattress. I am apalled at the audacity of these hotels to charge 3 to 5 star prices when there is no maid service, no fresh linens and there’s no pillows on the bed.

United States of AmericaThe ac was uncovered, and it didn't work very well. The room itself had a strong mildew odor, mildew in all window tracks, no lock on 1 of the windows. The doors/walls had black dirt, finger prints. The bedding under covers seemed clean. But no pillow or mattress protectors. The "comforters" were as thin as a sheet and mix matched. The beds were not comfortable Before we brought things in, we cleaned all touch points, doors, walls,counters, and headboards and used microban to sanitize all the bedding. Not as images seen on website. They also did not provide a "continental breakfast" as advertised.
I liked the staff, very friendly and even provided extra towels. The location is perfect and would be the main reason for a return visit.

United States of AmericaThe office was closed when I arrived and was closed when I went to work each day and when I checked out. The night shift operator, whom I called on the posted number, was very helpful. There was no clothes rack of any kind in the room - only the chest of drawers. I used the latter, but I prefer to hang my clothes after they've been in a roller bag. No one ever entered my room, even if to empty the trash. I did not know the rules (I determined late that you can put bagged trash outside the door). The room did not have a desk (of any size) no a chair (of any type) to sit in. I had to sit on the bed to use my laptop (work related).
I did not participate in any breakfast. If there was breakfast, I either was not aware of it or forgot.

United States of AmericaHonestly my only struggles were there was hair on some of the towels and the floor. The floor throughout needed a good mop and vacuuming for the hair. Overall a great set up just needed the little extra TLC.
John was a great manager and very personable. The bed was firm and comfortable, the shower and toilet and counters were clean and nice.
