The beds were extremely hard, and they only give you two pillows for a double bed.

The staff was excellent, the room was clean. I could use some updating, however for the price it was good.

We were here for baseball and unfortunately spent a day playing in the rain. We came back and we all wanted to take a hot shower, the water did not get anywhere near hot. Very disappointing. In the morning we went down to get juice and coffee- the juice machine obviously has never been cleaned, the gunk that came out into our cups was disgusting (do better).

The location was nice and I liked that it was one floor, easily accessible. Check-in went smoothly.

It’s a little dated and could use an update, but if looks don’t matter to you then it’s not important.

Listen this motel was clean like clean the covers still smelled like tide. Even checked for bed bugs, not single black spot in sight. Toilet spotless shower as well, I’ve paid 3 times what I paid somewhere else and it wasn’t this clean. The staff were really friendly and it was in a super convenient location near everything.

The room was freezing when we arrived. Took half the night to warm up. I understand that its off season and they have things down to keep costs down but they should turn heat on a bit when there is a reservation.

Very old fashion, at least it could be upgraded smart Tv For Amazon, Netflix, etc.

Very close by to shopping center, gas station, main roads & specially to Hershey Park. Motel was OK for the price you pay. Nothing luxury, pretty much more old fashioned. For that price was expected. For 1 night stay didn’t want to spent more $ as some more fancy hotel

The rooms could definitely use some updates and better beds. The beds are very low and old. We reserved a double queen room and they gave us full size beds. Then the attendant told us they only get told one bed or two so they don’t know if we want queens or fulls. That seemed like a lie to try to get us to just drop it. Should be lower priced. Also it had a very dark bathroom, I needed a flashlight to see to take a shower.

Decent stay for the price and location. Close to HersheyPark. Decent water pressure.

It was terribly old. The carpet desperately needs a thorough and deep cleaning, or substituted by other flooring.

It had a pool. Free coffee and fruit all day in the lobby. It was close to where we wanted to be.

Knights hotel has several very positive attributes. Price, Great Location, and well maintained property. The furnishings are dated but the grounds and rooms are very clean.

We had 4 people staying and only 3 towels. Staff wasn't too impressed that we asked for additional towels. Pool looked nice but was never unlocked during times we could use it. Probably wouldve unlocked if we asked but didn't have much time to swim anyway. Breakfast foods were only small muffins, coffee, and juice but McDonald's was just down the road. Overall it was an okay place to stay.

Great location. 15 mins from Hershey Park, 3 min from Walmart, McDonald's just down the road a little. Nice quiet atmosphere. Felt safe.

We didn't have a microwave but not a game changer. Some of the rooms have one so I asked, and the response was some rooms have them and some don't. Maybe if they could be consistent so you know what you are getting. But, again, not a big deal at all. We were not in the room long enough for that to matter and plenty of food/restaurant options close by.

Read the reviews prior to booking. All rated clean rooms and the room was very clean. We stayed for 3 nights and all they did was clean including the outside areas as well. The location was perfect, and the pool was open, so my granddaughter was happy about that.

The speaker on the TV didn't work so we couldn't watch anything. I was put between people traveling together and the small kids were running back and fourth between rooms, banging on the walls, and they were banging on the door to our room. The last time they did it was almost 10pm and it was so hard the door shook and it scared my daughter, she almost jumped out of bed. The next morning they were running and banging on the walls at 7am.

It was close to restaurants and gas stations.
