Exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work, appliances were not plugged in. Actually had to choose between plugging in the microwave or the refrigerator. Originally I thought the refrigerator did not work but there was only 1 plugin for both.

There are some things that needed fixed. Bathroom door didn't shut. The shower Knob was off and you had to push it with your finger. The big couch made the Wall lamps dangerous for tall peoples heads. I went to make coffee and the pot Had not been cleaned, it had a dried, molding coffee bag in it. I told front desk and they brought me a different one, that was still yuck and not very clean. I have very bad allergies and the room was clean but it had a mothball smell that about killed me.

The location was great. Staff was very nice. Price was very affordable.

The bed was horribly uncomfortable. The couch in the room was stained up and 0% comfortable. We would have left but it's a 2 day stay and by the time we got money back it would be time to go. And the tub/shower is tiny and drained verrry slow. Ankle deep by end of shower...

My late husband who passed away I left his phone under the pillow n they swear they didn't have it and the phone hadalot of important information that I needed for my husband's case and they never told me check out time and it wasn't the cleanest places and the amenities where minimal and not very friendly

absolutely disgusting. I’d be embarrassed to rent rooms if it were mine. Rooms are terrible dated which doesn’t bother me but carpets were stained, it was dark in the rooms.

The staff was extremely rude. I was so stressed out by the time I got our key. We went to our room is smelt, wasn’t the cleanest, there were no bath towels only two tiny basically hand towels for 5 people. The room was absolutely freezing and took hours to warm up. The heater smelt like it was going to catch on fire. The bed and bedding had holes it in.

There was absolutely nothing to like about this hotel stay. It was awful

One room would not open. Even after 3 attempts snd different room key cards. Other room would not lock. Could open door from outside without card. Motel is run down. Owner would not offer different rooms even though there was vacancies. Have not gotten a refund either. Other parties had no towels or toilet paper in room.

We began scratching our skin immediately. We have not noticed any“bites” or rashes but something in the room/bed irritated our skin. I saw 2 cockroaches in the room. We couldn’t get home fast enough to take a shower. My expectations for the price I paid was not really high but I hoped it would be better than that.

When we first arrived there was no one in the office. There was a # to call which i did. The gentleman asked us to come back in about an hour because he was not on the property. We came back about 2 hours later and there was still no one in the office. Called the # again and the gentleman said give him a couple minutes and he would be there. A lady showed up to check us in. She was not very professional. She was wearing no shoes. After checking us in i asked her where our room was and she had to call her boss to ask because she didn't know where it was. I then asked her if it was a smoking room since that is what we reserved. She again had to call her boss because she didn't know. He said all rooms were non smoking and after telling them i reserved a smoking room they blamed booking.com for the mistake. I asked if we could smoke outside and was told yes but there are no ashtrays anywhere. So we get into our room and there is no microwave, no coffee pot. They do not have breakfast, no ice machines, and NO WIFI!! The tub in the bathroom was disgusting, the towels were stained. No maid service and no clean towels were brought. I went to the office to ask for clean towels and you guessed it....no one was there. The beds are so hard we didn't get hardly any sleep. When i say hard i mean like sleeping on the floor hard. The room next to us had the door cracked open and lights were on. I peeked inside and the bed was a mess so someone had checked out and NO ONE had came to clean the room all weekend. The carpets in the hallways outside were stained and covered in mold. The whole time we was there we never saw any employees. That's not a good way to run a motel. The office was always closed.

The 1st room we got, the bed wasnt even made! So got a diff room and the carpet was HORRIBLY stained. The toilet needed to be plunged nearly every time it was used. NO coffee pot is in the room and for a king room got 1 disposable cup. The chain lock on the door was busted off the wall and dangling from the door. The chairs at the table and couch were badly stained as well.

I liked the fact that it was close to attractions. Next to cracker barrel, across from olive garden and IHOP, 5 mins from silver dollar and without traffic about 10 mins to Tanger mall and the other main attractions
