Didn't like the idea of having to pay a 200.00 deposit cause I was less then 100 miles from my home town. Even though I did get it back the morning.

I didn't like that we have to pay a $200 cash deposit because we lived within 100 miles of the property. We were traveling for a basketball tournament and wasn't made aware of this from the hotel until we checked in.

The person who assisted with breakfast was very nice! He went out of his way to help us! He also was the one cleaning around the pool and doing lots of other things. He was very kind and worked very hard!

The property is outdated and needs a serious complete redesign.

The inside atrium pool was nice. And the jacuzzi tub in the suite was nice.

After working 21 days straight this was my first day off in 3 weeks. I was woken up by screaming children at 6:00 am and they proceeded to make noise until they left at at 8:00 am. Other guests knocked on their door complaining to them. I went to the desk upon leaving and told them of my displeasure and the attendant brushed it off.

My room wasn’t cleaned properly there were stains on the pillows and couch, hole in my head board and the door wouldn’t lock you could just walk in. I took pictures and video

Honestly the 2 Jamaican maintenance men were truly helpful and pleasant.

Carpets are filthy. Musty smell in room. Toilet was loose. Replace carpets, would be great place to stay.

Good value on an expensive weekend due to high demand. Staff was friendly, easy to access. Beds and linens were clean. Shower was nice, too.

The room was a bit dark for my taste. There was some apparent renovation or construction work ongoing. But there was no noise in the evenings.

The room was clean and comfortable. They have a covered central courtyard with a pool. The weather was not warm enough for me to be interested in trying out the pool.

Breakfast was terrible, everything seemed like it was very dirty and unclean i had hair all in the shower and the jacuzzi tub had a dirt ring of soapscum that was easy to get off without much work....my sheets had stains on it and over all a very dirty place needs new house keeper and better training and management.

I loved the pool in the courtyard and I was totally going to get in an swim. .unfortunately it wasn't very inviting once I had a closer look at it and I realized how extremely dirty it was

The extra $50. They charge and hold against your account for incidentals. It still hasn’t been taken off my credit card .

It was a convenient distance off the freeway and it was very cozy.

Having to pay a $50 dollar deposit at check in, that 5 days later has not been refunded. I don’t like being treated like a suspect, by having to pay a deposit. It doesn’t take 5 to 7 days as I was told when I called about it. It should be at least showing in my CC account as pending. I don’t think I will stay at any Baymont Hotels again. If my money is not refunded, I will need to file a theft complaint.

Mandatory $200 cash deposit for guests that “live” 100 miles or less from the hotel. I live 400 miles from the hotel now, but the address on my ID still says that I live within that 100-mile vicinity.

Bathroom floor has been messed and was not swept or finished cleaning so it’s a little weird. Room was next to staircase. Could hear people coming up and down all night long or like falling up and down all night long.

Shampoo sucked. Coffee in room bad. Hair dryer was filthy.

The so called Continental breakfast was non existent! The management is cheap! They like to be able to say you can get a free breakfast but you don't. Lots of security cameras was good but they didn't keep out trouble. It was ok for the money which they increased the room price each day.

We stayed in an upstairs room there was a knocking all night that kept us up I tried to tell somebody about it in the morning but there was nobody at the front desk before I left. The Coke machine took $3 of my money which I could not get back. The curtains didn't close all the way and early in the morning I had sun in my eyes because they were just sheer curtains.

Breakfast was disappointing, no eggs, no bananas. Was surprised no chair in the room but understand room size with King size bed couldn't hold a chair. Cleaner didn't replace dirty cups or missing coffee.
