The ceiling had a huge patch water damage and peeling paint with what looked like mold. The floor had water damage and was buckling. The walls were scuffed and marked up everywhere. A coat of touch-up paint would do wonders. I opted to get back on the road closer to home over attempting a shower in this dump. The property itself had overflowing trash cans and was in general disarray. There was a man in an adjacent room who woke me up throughout the night screaming and fighting on speakerphone...so that was a bit terrifying.

The proximity to I-75 was ideal. And the price was favorable.

It was run down looking. Window could have used a good cleaning. Can hear traffic on highway really loud. Door looked like it was kicked in at the bottom and at the top of door did not close only the middle area closed. The floors were not washed. Bathroom door had stains all over. The TV didn't work at all. The only elevator was on the total opposite of the building and too long of a walk to get to.

The heater was great. The service desk people were nice.

The place is old and run down, to the point were I felt the need to check for bed bugs. It's the dingiest looking hotel I've ever stayed at in the US.

They might have had the friendliest hotel receptionists I've ever interacted with. It's functional and I didn't find any bed bugs. if you just need a place to sleep, this hotel will probably do.

All the drunks and them breaking glass beer bottles and not cleaning it up. The pool was closed. The bed was hard with burnt holes in the bed spread. To many shady characters.

The door to room 320 where I stayed is bowed at the bottom.amd did not seal at all. Noise and light came in. The phone in the room didn't work. The room was not clean.

I didn't like the fact that my card was charged automatically. I booked this room as a "backup plan" in case my original arrangements fell through. They in fact didn't but I still had to stay there because when I arrived, my card had already been charged automatically just minutes before my arrival.

That the room was worth what I paid. That the wifi was easy to connect to. The hotel was also within close proximity to one of my favorite restaurants. This made my plans for the next day much easier to carry out.

I stayed 2 nights, I switched room first night because the strong tobacco smelling, the new bedroom had the same smelling and both were no smoking bedroom. in other hand the staff were very nice .

My room reeked of something maple-like, but not that pleasant. I smelled inside every drawer, looked in the closet, to no avail. This was overwhelming and literally woke me up it was so bad. Once I got home, I realized that the clothes I'd slept in reeked of the same smell, indicating that this offensive odor was on the sheets. One of the lights did not work. Volume did not work on TV. Drunk people on the balcony all night. This place was very bad. What do I expect for this price, I guess?

Housekeeper had a verbal altercation with guest outside of my room. The worker used profanity and invited the guest to a fight.
