Great communication from the owner, excellent directions for everything. For those unfamiliar with the area, they have a lot of good information in their notebook, photos, and other books. Home was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for our group. Everything we needed in the kitchen and lots of extra space for our food and such stuff. Big TV with some subscription services and a Roku so you can sign into your own. Having a basic computer with printer was great to be able to print up permits. And the location is next door to our daughter's house, which made it a perfect location for our stay!

There was absolutely nothing to dislike. Would recommend this property to anyone.

Me and my wife have been around the world at least twice. We have stayed in many of hotels, b&b's, and rental properties. We can honestly say this was the cleanest, most organized, and most comfortable without a doubt. Shane and Patty had everything in that house one could imagine. Everytime we opened another drawer we found something new. From tools , bandaids, back packs, maps of the area, etc. The cost was more than reasonable for what we received. I told my wife the only thing that was missing was a case of cold beer and $100.00 spending money. Our words cannot describe how well our stay went. THANK YOU SHANE AND PATTY FOR A VERY MEMORABLE STAY IN YOUR BEAUTIFUL STATE.

The house has everything you could need. The place was very clean. There were binders to help you find groceries and info about the house and things to do in the area

Super cool, big house. very comfortable and the landscape is beautiful. They have a complete kitchen with all the stuff needed, a bbq, etc. There’s even food in the fridge :)

We had a wonderful stay. It is a beautiful house and yard. Great for pets with a dog door. (Our dog had never used one before). Well located for seeing many sights. The owners were extremely helpful and let us stay longer when our car broke down and needed repairs. We had a great Thanksgiving week here and were even able to eat outside with the good weather. We highly recommend staying here.

Very clean, comfortable house. Many things provided in the kitchen, making things very convenient. Washer & Dryer with detergent provided. Short drive to downtown Kanab. Owner is a former tour guide with a lot of information on visiting the area.

The home was large, comfortable and had everything we needed. We were able to have a dog visit from Best Friends. I was able to have Zoom conferences with my office. The owners lived nearby, and they were very helpful. We had a slight water issue one day in one bathroom, but the owner was on it, and had it fixed immediately. It was a great house and we loved it!

The facilities were clean and comfortable the house had everything you would need to cook shower or go on a hike. There is so much fun to be had in the city of kanab and this place was perfect!

The doorknobs to a couple of the bedrooms were sticking pretty badly. We told the owners and they'll be looking into it.

It was clean, quiet, relaxing, and they had pretty much anything one would need. The house had very comfortable, homey furniture. The location ended up being better than we anticipated. Would definitely stay there again.

Great value for the space, patio was perfect, location was awesome, clean house. Allowed dogs and toddlers, hosts were very welcoming and hospitable. Enjoyed stargazing at night. Great location in Kanab to go hiking at Zion, Bryce, Grand canyon and Vermillion/Grand staircase escalante.

House smelled of pets when first opened. Beds were too soft for our comfort. There was a transfer of ownership after we booked. The binder of instructions needs to be updated…policies aren’t the same.

Liked coming back to the comfort of a house after a day of exploring National Parks. Our grandson enjoyed the park in town.
