It was a little cold with just the space heater the 1st day.

It took 6 days for the property to return my $150 security deposit after a one night stay, when we left the property as we found it. I have now been charged again for the security deposit and the property is not responding to me which is concerning. It’s a shame as we really enjoyed staying there, but having to constantly monitor this is extremely annoying.

We loved staying there. It as very comfortable and had a good location.

Jacuzzi was right next to a neighbor's window...not at all private and in the front of the side yard. No fencing in rear of yard Yard was very nice and green, but had not been mowed in some time. Room was not clean. Shutters dirty, AC unit filter very dirty. Microwave and toaster oven were questionable. I refilled hand soap dispenser with dish soap as it was empty. Washed items before use as nothing seemed clean.

Location was a nice quiet neighborhood. Bed was comfortable and clean. Kitchen gift towel was a nice touch.

The property was too small to be comfortable. The kitchenette was a hot plate. The dogs in the neighborhood barked all night. We left after the first night. We requested a refund but we were not allowed.

The amount of the extra fees was off-putting, the amounts should be disclosed prior to the guest booking the property. $50.00 for a pet is excessive @50% of the nightly rate, a $30 additional cleaning fee combined with multiple reminders to tidy up the place. If a host wants to charge a cleaning fee they should not require a quest to do part of the hosts turn over work. I stay between 10 and 20 days a year in Blading but will not return to this property

What is there to complain about? This met my our needs perfectly. The hot tub was nice and spotless. We were able to hit I think 6 national parks and this was the perfect homebase for it. we will definitely be booking with them again!

Hot Tub not working. Appliances old, not real clean. Assorted items in kitchen left from others or ?? Not the usual set up for a listing like this Only one sink for “kitchen and bath” Very small bathroom “Outdoor lights out at 10 pm” when neighbor keeps his spotlight on all night!!! The added $30 cleaning fee and then being asked to “tidy up” for the cleaner. The added $150 security deposit/ CC hold kept for 3+days after check out. Need I continue?

Smelled like curry when we first walked in, doesnt have wifi because the router is at the house next door and kept going in and out so we just stopped using it even though our cellphone signal was terrible. Still better then the wifi. This place is TINY. The bathroom is a closet. When you sit on the toilet your feet are practically in the shower. The shower is so small. The AC worked great one day and then not the next. We ended putting a box fan in front of it to help keep the room cool. We ended up leaving early because we just couldnt take how small the place was. Smaller than most hotel rooms. Basically a small walkway on either side of the bed, and to the sink/kitchen/bathroom. The fridge, even on the coldest setting, didnt chill our room temp drinks even after being in the fridge for days. The freezer does a better job of chilling since it doesnt cold enough to freeze. Just get a hotel room in Moab and you will not only be hours closer to everything, but have more room and more towels. We had two towels for two people for 5 days and requested more but never got them.
