Early morning noisy guests departing the property. They slammed doors hooted car horns. Not the proprietors fault but it was unpleasant.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and extremely pleasant room. We enjoyed the property and its extremely convenient location. Proprietor helped with parking. We cannot fault their hospitality.

We liked everything about this B&B.

The location of this B&B is one block from Duval Street, which is very convenient to shopping, dining, etc. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was the most comfortable I think I've ever had in a B&B. We had a deck just out our door, which was very private for breakfast in the morning or drinks in the evening.

The only thing I would suggest is putting a mirror outside the bathroom. :) Easier for friends to get ready in a timely manner if we don't have to wait on one to get out of the bathroom because it's the only mirror available.

This location was the best, just a block off Duval St. Easy access to everything. The hotel itself was clean and friendly. As with several locations in KW, it has the feel of a house transformed into a hotel so it reminds of a B&B. We loved it. We asked for an early check in and they were very gracious in accommodating it. You can stow luggage there until check in, if not available. Breakfast was delicious and simple. A local bakery provided the pastries. Plenty of assortment for all.

Cute hotel that is centrally located to all that we wanted to visit. The manager, Foster, was very engaging and friendly. We had a ground floor room that was well appointed. The coffee, oranges, quiches and croissants in continental breakfast were with delicious. Nice front porch for relaxing.

Ceiling fan has faulty switch, difficult to turn off. Same issue with shower, difficult to fully turn off. Bathroom could use a narrow side table for working space. Breakfast could use a protein/ carb free option.

Cute place, good location. Easy walk to downtown, beach and sites. Variety of food options offered. Front unloading/loading spot appreciated as well as discount parking option. Quality air conditioner very welcome.

Didn’t have breakfast they don’t serve till 8:30 am and we left at 7:15. Had at least hoped for a coffee before leaving but there wasn’t any made. Beds were not the most comfortable. Overnight parking don’t begin till 5 pm and it’s $40 a night plus tax.

Room was in the back, you could exit front or back which was nice. Superb location and parked a few blocks away. Plenty of towels in bathroom.
