Host is not very responsive to Booking.com or WhatsApp messages sent before check-in date, Before checking-in there is a requirement to send via PayPal a deposit. They didn't confirm this (because they don't communicate before check-in), so I had to send the money. One week after check-out I had to ask for that deposit to be reimbursed.

The property is conveniently located close to buses and Little Havana district. It is clean and well equipped. Communication with host is done via WhatsApp, receiving all the important information: bear in mind that initiation of communication will be done by host, shortly before check-in, using a different phone number than the one indicated in the reservation (Host is not very responsive to Booking.com or WhatsApp messages sent before check-in date !)

To say something, the bed in the room was noisy and could be more comfortable.

The price is amazing and it is very well located. The hostess was very kind and helped us with everything we needed. Also the house and the neighborhood are beautiful.

No where on the booking add does it tell you that you are only renting a room in a house with a bunch of other strangers. I didnt find that out until the host of the house called me for the deposit on the way down there. It was like being on an episode of MTV's Real World! You have to share a refrigerator and pretty much everything else in the house with several other guest. You also are not allowed to leave your room after 10pm which is crazy to tell me when I'm on vacation. Also the owner is watching you on camera the whole time so it literally is like you are on a regality show living with strangers.

I liked how it was clean and the air conditioner worked really good and they provided shampoo and body wash.

The room is too small and the bathroom definitely needs renovation. Also the soundproof is pretty bad.

The host is pretty nice. The common living room area is pretty nice and comfortable.

a few days prior to the booking I had some trouble contacting the property but that was soon remedied and Lisa was very attentive and communicative.

There were NO real pillows, this made for an awful nights sleep. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Most plugs in both bedrooms #2 and #3 did NOT work. Shower was a bit old, stained.

I liked being able to have space to lounge. It was close to several shopping areas and eating places. Within walking distance, nice neighborhood.

The quality of the mattress, sheets, towels, and chairs wasn’t great. My back was killing me after a week there. Probably could use some upgrades to be a bit more comfortable.

The area was great. The property was nice. Felt pretty clean. The staff is amazing. Very responsive and helpful. Anything you need is either there already or walking distance away.

there were bugs and flies everywhere — both in the room and bathroom. they will bite you. there were initially no toilet papers and no hand towels when we checked in and had to wait an hour to receive one roll. the room and bathroom also need renovation. the room has a broken window shade and it is not okay for privacy. the bed was quite wobbly.

very good location and easy check in with all the instructions. we especially liked the neighborhood. the place was generally clean.

I do not think anything really could have been improved without considerably driving up the price. I was working at the Bitcoin 2022 conference from 6am until nearly midnight every day so the purpose of this stay was a hot shower and a nice bed - and this place served that function perfectly!

The room was clean - it was a very simple layout. There was some damage to trim and doors under the paint but that is to be expected in an older home. The house was immaculately clean though. Considering the price, this place was a steal!

I did not like that we couldn’t control the AC. The house at times was extremely cold which made being there during the day uncomfortable because I HAD to be bundled up. I also did not like that the shower ledge was dirty. I took my soap, loofa, toothbrush, etc with me when I’d shower but take it out because the conditions were unsanitary. I also did not like that the host disabled the lock of 2 other guests with the intent to kick them out at 1am falsely accusing them of smoking in the premises. The other guests did (because he told me) but no one looked into it properly enough to find the truth and kick the right people out. If that were me I would’ve been upset becuase I would’ve lost my money for no reason and not be refunded as well.

I liked that the house was in a safe location, it was private, and the house was clean.

Chek out time is wery strange to European tourist. In Europe rooms have to be empty before noon, but happily renter took my error calm😅

Nice place to stay even longer. I booked only one night, cause I afraid to pay more. At this covid-time; travel plans might shange pretty fast :-/ Place renter send wery good information how to get in. If you do not mind share kitchen and fridge with other guests, this is place for you!
