well….. honestly, it lost its family values. feels a lot less built for families than previous years. hotel room smelled, phone didn’t work, called front desk, spa, concierge etc and no lines worked went to busy signal, internet never worked so we couldn’t get work done while we were there, hotel room booking was extremely confusing on what type of room we are reserving online which ended up not being the type of room i asked for, ridiculous rate for what the room had, old outdated key cards that didn’t work every other time, feels like it’s all about money money money. when i walked over to front and told staff about the issues of the room they only said sorry about that, we will look into it…. really? might be the last time we come. totally lost tue feel we loved so much

we were surprised buffet wasn’t there anymore. breakfast we did get was great. location yes. lots of options to do at the hotel. beautiful exterior.

Staying at a resort I had hoped the sheets would have been nicer and not so itchy. The room seemed to need some upgrades such as paint, scrubbing the hard water residue off the shower doors, there was old hair in the coffee pot and the toilet paper holder was broken. My husband didn't care for the ringing bell every hour. It kept waking him up all night. We also didn't care for the bathroom doors that didn't provide any privacy at all. We ordered pizzas from the marketplace and the pizzas were undercooked and missing several toppings. Also wished those could have been delivered instead of having to walk out in the rain to get them. Disappointed that they charged for wifi. Haven't seen that at a resort before in my experience. Would have loved if they provided a couple bottles of water. Could have used those in the morning.

The grounds are beautiful and so beautifully decorated for the holidays. Great selections of restaurants and amenities. The lobby shop was incredible with so many options of everything you need right there. We absolutely loved the tub in our bathroom. So relaxing. The valet gentlemen were so nice and helpful as well as housekeeping. The gym was amazing! We loved the touch of providing umbrellas. We needed them.

The room needed upgrading. The hotel is in fair condition, but for the price, not a 4 star hotel.

The staff were great. They were very courteous and professional. They were friendly and very helpful.

for the price they are charging, everything should be in working order and updated even just a little. I just wasn’t so impressed considering how much I paid. some of the staff was rude in the store/cafe and by the pool sadly.

The grounds are beautiful and well-kept. The pool area is really fun for the kids. The rooms are comfortable. Everyone in the valet parking department should get a raise. They were the first people we saw when we pulled up and they made us feel welcome and wonderful. I’d come back if they were offering a great deal. I have booked here many years ago on several occasions but I may look elsewhere next time.

Would have been nice to have some water bottles or snacks in the room. One shower head didn’t seem to work and the beds were nice but not overly comfortable. We also weren’t sure if it was because it was summer but we would have liked to turn the fireplace on and could not find the key to start it.

I loved the bathroom layouts and the space in general. Beautiful rooms and decor and location.

Front desk women were rude. The valet did not come to help with the luggage. the villas were very far away and the numbers make no sense. The parking for the villas is really far and there is no cart or help for dragging individual pieces of luggage.

maintenence and housekeeping came immediately when washer dryer wasn't working. Housekeeping took my clothes away and washed, dried, and folded them. Our server Jesus at Bar Traza is kind, friendly, and efficient. He has been her 11 years ago when I joined the old Club.

I wish we had a microwave. One needs to be prepared for ALOT of walking.

It was beautifully landscaped and spacious. Food by pool restaurant excellent. Our room was cozy, large and had a fireplace. It is an old classic property that exudes elegance.

Room was a bit "dirty". Chair had a stain on it, phone to call for the valet didn't work, couldn't call down to the front desk either. For the price paid I would have expected this place to be immaculate, but was a bit in need of a deep clean. maneuvering the expansive ground was a bit overwhelming.. finding our way to the room, and how to get to the check in/reception desk was a bit confusing being our first time there. I'm sure next time will be easier.

Room was a good size, and nice size bathroom. I am glad we were on top floor, really like not having to hear the room overhead. Front desk staff was friendly.

When we arrived at hotel, parking for check-in is the biggest problem at that hotel. There is no reserved parking lot for check-in. There was a towing vehicle to tow the cars parked at red line (non-parking part). But there is no choice to park for check-in apart from valet or self-parking area that is far from lobby.

We stayed in a plaza room #124. It was close to family pools, villa pool, lobby, marketplace cafe. We used family pool and villa pool. Family pools were really crowded even it was weekday. There are lots of kids jumping to the pool. It was disturbing to me and my kid, so we moved to the villa pool that was like heaven..Silent and just a few people and kids. Food: We had our meals at Marketplace. Other restaurant is Bar Traza that asks reservation through open table. We did not use it. Marketplace food options were enough for us. Vue cafe and Bob’s Steakhouse were closed during our stay.

Marketplace was overpriced and so was the cost of reserving a fire pit for s’mores.

Pancake bar was excellent! During the week you need more options for breakfast besides the Marketplace.
