The bathroom in the first room they had us in!

Our first room was NOT what we expected especially paying close to 1500 for our stay. The bathroom was disgusting. We did ask to get put in a better room, which they did.

Construction at the hotel next door made the stay very loud. Working in the room next to us was very loud

The overall building needs a renovation. The hot tub and one of the side pools were not working so they had wood over them! Our room had a funny smell they tried to cover with air fresheners!! It is a great location but with that came a lot of road noise.

The staff was super helpful. The Valets were quick and super pleasant. The pool bartender Chey was amazing. The inside rooms were updated cute decor. Conveniently located to beach /shopping.

The refurbishment was poorly done. The rooms were noisy, we were woken around 6am every morning with doors closing, including Monkey Pod. The pillows were uncomfortable.

The Monkey Pod was good value. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good.

Some rooms are very dated but they are actively renovating the hotel so hopefully these will get updated soon.

Great location just 10 mins walk to Waikiki beach. Pool is great to relax but very small so it gets crowded quickly, reception staff was amazing and very helpful all the time.

-the hotel was very cozy -a small swimming pool with heated water was a special joy for children -free morning coffee in the lobby - a wonderful sauna, and there was also a bar in the pool where you can order a wonderful cocktail Location =price

Older property. Has a resort fee, not much of a resort. Small pool on 6th floor. Not exactly a resort and not worth the fee charged.

Getting in/out of the parking garage was a little challenging and it is slightly hidden. We accidentally passed it when we first arrived. The wooden towel "hooks" in the bathroom kept unsticking from the tile and I want a fan of the barn door style for the bathroom, it felt like it lacked privacy.

The staff was so nice from beginning to end. The location was within walking distance to the main strip which was VERY convenient. Air conditioning worked good and barely had to Wait for elevators. Water pressure was really strong in the bathroom.

The WiFi in the room was terrible. There were a smart tv, but you could not connect it to WiFi because of the poor reception. No ChromeCast. The cleaning of the floors could be better, still a lot of sand left...

Nice location and friendly staff. Kitchen, which is a plus so you can prepare your own meals. Nice pool, but could be bigger.

I wouldn’t say I “didn’t like” this, but I wish the cleaning schedule was explained more clearly. I chose the option of having our room cleaned every other day over a 6 night stay, and our room was cleaned once.

It was located conveniently in the heart of downtown Honolulu, where walking to the beach and food was easy! The hotel was clean and staff was very welcoming. The amenities were nice, however we were so busy we didn’t have time to use them like we wanted. The valet service came in handy and the guys working were very prompt and friendly.

Although The room was big, it was arranged in a very dysfunctional way. We did not have any tables next to either side of the bed, nor any room for one. This meant no lamp or outlets to charge phones, sleep machines etc. It was definitely a problem that we lived with, but was an annoyance. It was also hard to find the 1st time. The signage is poor and there is not good direction on where you park to check in. Once you figure it out, it works just fine. But the 1st impression is difficult.

It was a resonable price and the location that I wanted. Staff was polite and attentive to all requests. Nothing was over the top, good or bad. The hotel fit our needs for this trip. Comfortable bed, lots of hot water, space for luggage, hooks and open racks with hangers to unpack and coffee in the lobby. The washer and dryer in the basement was also helpful for this trip.
