You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I really like the way I was treated by the staff the young man who checked us in was so polite, respectful and was very helpful.

Close to shopping, 20 mins from LA downtown and free parking. Breakfast was mediocre but it was free with plenty of options. Staff were amazing and extremely helpful

Probably the best value in the Los Angeles area. Quite cheap for what you get, but still close to LA, easy to drive to the city by car. They have an underground garage where you can safely park your car for free.

The location was super convenient, close to the freeway and lots of stores.
