We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaMy shower head in my room was cracked. When it was turned on it sprayed water everywhere including on my clothes for the day. The room had a second shower head on the wand, but the bracket that holds the wand was broken as well. Bad was to start a day when traveling for business.

United States of AmericaThe air conditioning sounded like a helicopter, the bathroom in my room was dirty, there were tons of kids running all over the place all night being loud, I did not get a minutes sleep and had to work the entire day the next morning. When I complained about everything upon check out, she just said I’ll direct your complaint to the proper channel. What does that even mean?

United States of AmericaWhat I didn't like was upon check-in and no I was not requesting an early check in the desk clerk totally ignored us for 5 minutes. She was not busy so I politely asked her do you need my reservation number so we can get checked in. I had my two granddaughters with me and they receded on the couch. She was extremely rude very unprofessional. This is my second visit to this hotel I am for some reason she chose to charge a $100 deposit on my credit card which is no big deal but for her to say that this is something we do for prepaid credit cards I thought was slanderous because number one it was not a prepaid credit card I work very hard to maintain my credit and established my credit and get my credit where it is today her whole demeanor was condescending and hateful. I'm going to ask for more towels for the pool she brought six and there were 20 other people in the pool swimming. So it was not a very pleasant experience as just a secret little getaway with my granddaughters from the moment we hit the door she made sure that it was the most unpleasant stay that she could make possible. And check out she was just as rude. So for this reason if she is still working there and has not been trained properly with how to deal with customers in a respectful polite manner then I would not return nor recommend my friends around town guests to stay there. My first experience was absolutely perfect. However this visit was not acceptable. And it had nothing to do with the facilities the rooms or anything it was the front desk staff.
I love the facilities, the rooms are absolutely wonderful and that's why I chose to come back again I only lived 3 miles away I did not need a motel room I chose to stay there for their amenities and they're absolutely wonderful.

United States of AmericaThe entire hotel smelled like weed on the 2nd floor and my children even noticed. Called the front to tell them my issue and he said “I’ll spray febreeze” we stay here OFTEN and didn’t expect that as acceptable behavior.

United States of AmericaFront desk clerk was frustrating and unprofessional. I’ve never had an issue at this hotel before when I’ve stayed. However, this may have been my last stay due to that rude man at the front desk. The gentleman was unclear from the time I began my stay by telling me to have a seat because my suite wasn’t ready, even though I came in well after my check in time. I also had issues with charges which he was unable to help with. He just told me to call my bank.
Updated king executive suite, housekeeping were kind and professional.
