To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe noise level was a little loud right outside our room on Friday night, I cranked the AC up and it drowned out the noise from the parking lot.
I liked the location. It was conveniently located near the softball fields where my team was playing in a tournament. There is a Longhorn Steakhouse right next door. Check in was quick and easy. Fresh towels were delivered to our room the next day which was great bc all i wanted to do after playing ball was get a good hot shower. The shower here was good and hot. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. The AC was cold. Nice stay for a softball playing weekend.

United States of AmericaThis is just in general, so it doesn't just go for them. I guess that people are dealing with a lot in their personal lives and are unsatisfied with work as well that they don't come across as friendly anymore. There used to be a time where when you entered an establishment that you were greeted with a warm inviting smile that made you feel welcomed. We need to get back to that.
The room was pretty clean to be honest but it did have an odor to it when we first arrived. But once I wiped everything down with Bleach and Odoban that smell was gone. I was extremely concerned with the beds, at 1st sight they didn't look like they would be good to sleep on but surprisingly they were quite comfortable.

United States of AmericaHousekeeping is not done on a daily basis if you stay longer than 2 days. Pool is out of service. If you need more towels or toilet paper, you need to go to the front desk to get it.
Great location. Restaurants and stores nearby to cover necessities. Rooms are being upgraded with microwave and fridge.
